Ian was the perfect salesperson. Knows how to read his customer. Despite being the salesperson, he allowed us the freedom to explore options on our own. Answered questions appropriately. Although he’s a car salesman, he didn’t come off as trying to work an angle right off the bat and wasn’t arrogant as most I’ve encountered. He didn’t ask upfront all the wrong questions, like ”What kind of monthly payment are you looking for?” or “Do you have a trade-in or down-payment?” or “What’s your credit like?” before asking us what kind vehicle we were interested. He was respectful and didn’t act like he knew more than his customers who were more than twice his age. Excellent car-buying experience and would work with him again if he sold Subarus.

Excellent experience. I knew what I wanted and coordinated my visit via the website. My salesperson had the vehicle I wanted to see waiting for me. Took it for a test drive, came back, got straight down to business. He quickly got me to where I wanted to be and didn't waste my time trying to upsell me on things I wasn't interested in. The finance manager tried the typical upsell but realized I wasn't interested and quickly moved on to finalizing the deal. The entire deal from start to finish was very smooth.
