I brought my car in for a factory recall, after looking at the car for over an hour, I was told to make an appointment to have the recalled part replaced. I made the requested appointment and waited for that day. On the day of that appointment, I took my car and was told that there were no parts available, as it was first come first serve. So after talking to the Service manager, he gave the business card of one of the services representatives and said that he would call me in when the part arrived and set this aside for me. He also filled up my tank. So after two weeks of waiting and not phone call, I tried to call the representative and only go his voicemail. There was no call back. After waiting another week, I called and made another appointment and made sure that the part would be available at this time. The day came for my second appointment and I dropped my car off. I got home to a message saying that several technicians were out with COVID. This was eighteen minutes after my scheduled appointment. I tried to call back to question this, but no one was available to answer me. I received a phone call from the representative, forty minutes later, saying that they had no part and I was free to come pick up my car. I talked to the manager again and he profusely apologized again and stated that the parts come in on Tuesday or Wednesday and it basically boils down to whoever is able to come in on those days get the parts. Whether or not they have an appointment. He asked if I could come on those days and I told him no, that I work clear across town and it was not feasible for me to come during the week. Hence the Saturday appointments. The manger stated that this was unacceptable and that he would sent people to my work to pick up my car the next Thursday. He said that he would do the needed repair, wash and detail my car, and fill the gas tank for my troubles. Thursday came and went with no call or repair to my vehicle. Do not take your car to them for service. You are not a priority or a person. You are just a quota number that they need to fill.

Will not go back
I have had numerous bad experiences with the service department. It’s the closest kia service department to my house, but I am finally done using them. They lose appointments, don’t keep in contact and even when they have kept my appointments I would wait HOURS for something as simple as an oil change. Any time I have complained to them, they have never tried to make it right or have any compassion for me as a customer. This last time was the final straw. I will not be going back.

Zaine and the whole Germain team took amazing care of me! They are top notch sales people and finance managers that mirrors the ideal way a car sales team should be! They were honest, understanding, provided a no pressure experience, with emphasis on getting me the best deal and financing even if it meant they would earn less. If you are looking to buy a car, then you cant go wrong with using Zain as well as the rest of the G-Team to help guide you through the auto buying process!!

Scam dealership
Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Please do your research and read the reviews prior to doing business here. I called about a car I was interested online and spoke to the salesman Shane Bandara. He was very unprofessional, rude, and overall just snobby. I was just asking basic questions and he was too aggressive and wasn’t helpful. He definitely needs to work on his communication skills. I decided to call and maybe speak to another salesman to see if they can help me better than Shane who was terrible and spoke with Patrick, he seemed lost, didn’t follow back with me after stating he would. I don’t know who hires these salesman, but they don’t seem competent enough to do their job. Do your research about the dealership not just the car! A lot of reviews stated this place is a scam and from their poor customer service, I can definitely see it!

Went to this location after being contacted by them was trying to see if possibly could do a deal unfortunately we were not able to which im perfectly ok with what I'm not ok with is that when (Shane Bandara) looked at me in front of my son and pointed at my credit score and stated he understands to know how it is to be poor and that was not ok to say so I will not be recommending on even trying to return to do any future business in my book thats not how you treat customers

I bought my second car from the same dealership and couldn't be any happier. Patrick Raymond was the salesperson's name funny and easy going no pressure sales would not hesitate to see him again on a vehicle. James Jordan walked me through all the paperwork from top to bottom warranties and everything was very patient, nice guy! They both work to get me the best deal they could.

Love my new SUV
Had a great experience buying a used car! I found the perfect suv I had been searching for and with COVID I had been looking for awhile and other dealerships were either rude or wouldn’t come out to help also everyone post their cars online but would leave them once they were sold and some even posted vehicles that weren’t even ready to be sold for weeks later. Going to Germain Kia was such a pleasant experience they called me and set up an appointment and had the car held for me the next day.

Car sales man are impatient
The store is nice. But the car salesmen I had need to wok on patience. I was wanting to paying cash for my car so I wanted to pick the perfect car for me. They both got mad at me for changing my mind on cars. They didn’t have the car I wanted. They tried to pressured me into Buying a used kid suv that I had to wait 4 days for them to get a part. Something told me to go to the Kia dealer on Hamilton rd in Columbus they where very nice and patient. I ended up buying a 2021 kid Sportage. With free car washes at a great deal. Everyone was nicer there. At Hamilton they still call me and make sure I’m ok. I’ve had the car three days. 😇

Terrible
Found the perfect car, asked them to hold it, was willing to pay a deposit, "they cant do that". We wanted to do the financing through our personal bank, they didnt wanna do that, said they could get a better rate through one of their banks. Ran our credit through 8 different banks. Every bank said no cuz we didnt live in the area, yet they kept running it. They dropped my husband and I's credit over 60 points in the time of an hour. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

After Market Part in Leased Vehicle
We leased a vehicle from this location later to find out from it being serviced at another dealership that there was an after market part installed into our car without us being aware prior to us taking the car off the lot. Due to this our warranty was immediately voided which only hurts us as the customer. In past 6 months our car has been serviced 7 times for the same issue without it being resolved. I have two young children and got a new car because we wanted to have a reliable family vehicle without issues and this has been a nightmare. Corporate is refusing a replacement vehicle due to the after-market part and the dealership has done nothing to help us. I would NOT trust buying/leasing a vehicle from this location.
