I found the dealerships overall help and concern for my purchase to be exemplury! There is no doubt in my mind that I would recommend any of the sales persons there to help any of my friends to purchase a vehicle. As a matter of fact I have already recommended this dealership to several of my friends. I am hoping that they too will take the time to check these guys out!! They really know how to make a gal feel comfortable about buying a car!!

Ron took the time to go over all of the options in the vehicle with me. He definetly went above and beyond anything I expected. I have bought many vehicles in my life and Ron is by far the best salesman I have ever worked with.

Purchased new Kia Forte 9-28-12. This is our second new vehicle purchase from Hatfield Kia. Purchased Kia Sedona in 2005. We live 2 1/2 hours from the dealership. We were pricing Sedona's over the internet and they were significantly lower than other dealers. Due to the distance, we had to deal over the phone. They were understanding and great to deal with over the phone. The purchase was hassle free and an enjoyable experience. We were very surprised by how well we were treated. For our 2013 Kia Forte purchase we dealt with Richard Briggs. We test drove cars from our local dealers and even tried to purchase from 2. I again checked Hatfield because of the wonderful experience we had the first time. Richard was great to deal with over the phone and even better at the dealership. To live 2 1/2 hours away and be treated so well is a rarity. We were able to drive up and bring back a new vehicle in the same day. Thanks Richard and Hatfield Kia
