I visited Walser Subaru early this morning and was promptly greeted by Ben, one of the service writers. He immediately inquired about the services I needed for the day. Since I understand the automotive industry well, I appreciated that he was prepared to discuss the upcoming preventive maintenance I knew was necessary. Ben provided transparent pricing and handled everything efficiently. I was in and out without hassle, thanks to Ben's professionalism and kindness. When I first moved to the Twin Cities, I started going to White Bear Subaru for service but was treated poorly by their staff. That experience led me to switch to Walser Subaru; I've been coming here ever since. Every service I've had at Walser has met or exceeded the level of customer service you should expect from any dealership. A big thank you to Ben and the entire team at Walser Subaru for their excellent service!

Always polite… Always a clean environment… Car was

Always polite… Always a clean environment… Car was ready when expected. Your automated phone service is very poor. I had to leave a message for a specific service writer to get an appointment.

The service department ensured prompt service, even the

The service department ensured prompt service, even the repair needed that wasn't planned for in the appointment. Service advisor did all he could to maximize coupons to give me the best deal possible. He was courteous and thorough. I also love the waiting options - lots of tables, chairs, snacks, and even a little dog park so I can multitask - puppy play time while waiting.

The waiting room and free snacks were nice while waiting

The waiting room and free snacks were nice while waiting for my car to be done. I was pretty disappointed by the diagnostic and proposed repairs. It was recommended that I pay $40 to replace my parking lights. But, when I went to fix them myself, the lights turned on just by wiggling the wire (not worth $40). Additionally, I was told that my check engine light was on because the gas cap needed to be replaced. I paid about $100 for that replacement. But, the engine light came back on the next day. So, whatever the actual problem was, they didn't find it.
