Awesome experience with Mike Shaw Subaru.
Awesome experience with Mike Shaw Subaru. Our Salesman Rob Oja was on point! Was very refreshing to have someone helping out that has fully mastered all of the package types and trim levels for their inventory. Fantastic experience - great dealership sales process - couldn't recommend more!

They bribe their customers to take down bad posts btw.
They bribe their customers to take down bad posts btw. Don’t fall for it. We did. PT. 2 These people are actually awful. We expressed that repairs with the car were ongoing. They said they'd had a truck available they would trade and see our car as cash value. Dan Peeples lied to my wife. He lied to me. We are now stuck with a car that has exceeded its cost in repairs. They even ignored us when we called only to be fully staffed on my arrival. The repairs for the car have now totaled just north of $8,000. These were individuals who made it clear they were here to help. Do your research. Ponder the car market. Remember you're doing them a favor. You have my word that they are not as genuine as they seem and the consumer foots the bill. ---- Pt. 1 So my wife and I purchase a car from Mikes Subaru. Cash. In around 13 hours, that same car was spewing coolant all over the inside of the hood. My car was overheating and a few advertised features weren't working properly. Additionally they informed me of an airbag recall that they would take care of. We take the car back and they said they are going to make it right. It felt genuine at the time. Well, it would seem they lied. Fast forward to $1,400 and a few weeks later where I am currently sitting in a mechanic shop for the same issue they told me was taken care of. They salesman couldn't even tell me if they took it to get the airbag taken care of. My mechanic told me they didn't even bother to clean a part that had caked up so badly, it needed replacing. They sold me a lemon while hyping up the car almost to the point of annoyance. Please be quiet, I'm going to buy the car. I do not recommend them when there are so many other dealerships.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We strive to provide excellent service and transparency, so we regret that your experience did not meet those standards. However, we feel it is important to address a few key points. The repairs on your vehicle, while performed as a gesture of goodwill initially, were completed months ago. We made every effort to assist you and address the concerns you raised at that time. Unfortunately, ongoing repairs and maintenance, especially after this extended period, fall outside the scope of what we can offer at no additional cost. We believe this is a reasonable expectation. We also understand your frustration, and we apologize if there were any misunderstandings during the process. Our goal has always been to work collaboratively with our guests to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase. While we acknowledge that no process is perfect, we stand by our efforts to resolve issues promptly when they were first brought to our attention. We genuinely wish you the best with your vehicle moving forward and encourage you to reach out if you would like to discuss your concerns further at 303-438-7501. Jeff Lombardo, General Manager

Mike Shaw Subaru you lied to us. You are liars. And we will make sure everyone knows. You think it’s ok to tell a bold face f***ing lie to my wife? You think I’m the first person to have an issue with how you xxxxxxxx do business? It’s all online. Everyone can’t be lying. Accountability is not your forte. Putting your customers in lemons is your forte. No one should do business with you, and I manifest the crashing car market puts all you crooked motherf***ers out of a job. Don’t worry, though. Our lawyer is paid up and we are examining a few things… 🤭

Your attempts to save face are feeble, especially when anyone with an internet connection can find hundreds of awful reviews by people who despise your business and inform others not to visit. The fact that you are willing to waste company time by going back and forth with me proves how important this is to you, especially where our calls were ignored. I’m guessing that deleting these isn’t the easiest. So I’m looking forward to more of your responses, Jeff. I am immovable. I told Dan what was going to happen to his face. I challenge anyone to do a search for “Mike Shaw Subaru” on Reddit. Look at what other locals say. I challenge others to sort their reviews by lowest to highest on any platform and see how many people had similar experiences. Everyone can’t be lying, Jeff. I’ll keep telling people where they can find similar stories to mine as long as you keep responding here. I’m treating you like you all treated us. You are crooked. You sell Lemons. You are dishonest. You all have traits that echo psychopathy. You take advantage of marginalized communities. Am I surprised that there were no black people on the sales floor? Nah. I’m looking forward to more car market layoffs. How about you, Jeff? We have all the receipts for all the repairs. Maybe I should post those next since you keep trying to gaslight me.

Always come to this location for my routine service.
Always come to this location for my routine service. Service members (worked with Ben today) are knowledgeable and friendly. It has such a pleasant waiting room experience that is extremely well cared for. Top tier as it is impeccably clean, entertaining, and great complimentary snacks/coffee. Love how they offer mugs for customers to help with waste, and the free dog tags engraving! The kids corner is awesome with coloring pages with nice sharp colored pencils, kids table, and busy boards on the wall. We didn’t even realize the hour had passed while waiting with my 4 year old.

Clifford S was our salesman and I couldn't ask for a better man. He was very professional with great knowledge of the car. There was no pushy ness or arrogance on his part, like I was talking with a friend.
