My experience was extraordinary! Cliff was warm, friendly, patient,kind,very helpful. He took lots of time to explain things,, without making me feel like I was imposing. He was very thoughtful and anticipated my needs, especially with technology. I am grateful for his skills and willingness to teach them to others! It was a very positive experience

We dealt with Emmet at Mike Shaw Subaru. We were wary of high pressure sales tactics, but Emmet treated us in a professional courteous manner ensuring that we got the car that matched our requirements.. we will use this salesman and this dealership again if possible

We bought a used 2013 Subaru Forester from Keith Traczynski (salesman at Mike Shaw Subaru). We bought it "As Is" and everything was fine. Two months later, we had an issue and replaced the battery ourselves, but we took it in to Mike Shaw's service dept. to be checked out. While there, they checked everything and ended up repairing the air conditioner (replaced an O ring/seal in the system) and replaced the rear brakes in both wheels. There was no charge for this visit and we were treated very well by Keith, Jay, Will, and everyone else in their service dept.

We checked Mountain States Toyota for a Rav4, Auto Nation Honda for a CRV, and Mike Shaw Subaru for a Forester. Hutch Yang was the very best of all three sales associates and completely sold us on the Forester. We came back later with Auto Nation's price quote which was slightly less than the original Forester quote and Hutch matched it. Very pleased with Hutch, took good care of us, we returned a week later for more info on the Eyesight system and he drove around with us until we figured it out.

I had a wonderful experience buying fin out of state. Quick responses, and my salesperson, Hurch, came in on his day off to make sure I was taken care of. Great customer care and very responsive service!

We just bought a Subaru Legacy and couldn’t be happier about the entire experience. Tori was very helpful and was very quick on answering any questions we had. Staff was very understanding, curteous helped us narrow down the model we wanted. They even let us drive their vehicle to a different dealer so that we can compare our top picks side by side, which helped us immensely for making a final decision. Their staff, including Hutch Yang was very patient with indecisive customers like myself.

King was very helpful answering any question I had. It was a great and quick experience and I highly recommend everyone to purchase from him!!
