I knew what make, model, color I wanted and I knew the sales person, Alejandra Abedoy that I wanted to help me. Alejandra had helped me almost four years ago and I wanted that same great experience again. When I arrived she pointed out the car I was looking for, when over all the updated features. There was one item I was concerned about Alejandra assured me it would be taken care of, the General Manager, who name I have forgotten also came out and assured me it was no problem to take care of the issue. I later met the Omar Omari for the financing, it was a pleasure to work with him again. Once I left the lot my experience was not over. Alejandra and called a couple of times to make sure that everything is still alright. Now I feel like part of the family.

They will overcharge, upsell, and misinform you about your vehicle. After a transmission replacement I was told it was not their fault my oil pan was leaking as if they themselves were not just operating on it. Wanted over 250 for cabin air filter and engine air filter replacement. Wanted 15 dollars for every multi point inspection after paying 265 for a diagnostic. This is the type of dealer to chage you for nitrogen in your tires.

Very nice sales person, Tony.

Very nice sales person, Tony. No pressure and very easy to work with and knowledgeable. The dealership was fine but could be more comfortable with some places to sit and nice drinks. Finance did not pressure me but obviously offered extended warranties and such. Overall, I was very pleased.

So let me start off with the positive, Lucy is an amazing saleswoman she was attentive and helped me as much as she could . She is someone to go see. Now the bad. The dealership had me go through all the necessary steps of paper work through my bank as I live in New York I was told the car could be shipped to me and when I finally get towards making the deal I’m told by manager oh we can’t make the deal because you have to be here in person. That should have been told at the beginning and it’s bad business Lucy loses out on a sales because of poor management.

I have had the worst experience having Steven Creek

I have had the worst experience having Steven Creek Chevrolet service my vehicle. On multiple occasions they have failed to repair the vehicle the first time. I recently dropped off my vehicle for repair in June 2024, the vehicle was returned in July only to experience the same issue two days later. After returning the vehicle to the dealer in July 2024, they were unable to source a simple rubber piece of tubing due to GM's poor parts stock and poor planning. The part will still not be available for another 10-13 weeks from today December 5th 2024. I was forced to buy an aftermarket part to repair the vehicle so I can sell it and be done with GM forever. Poor vehicle designs, no parts availability, zero technical knowledge, and horrible customer service . . . look elsewhere. @ Scott Jobe We have discussed the poor service provided at your dealership previously face to face and no improvements have been made. This last visit has been the worst repair service I have ever experienced (dealer or private shop) and has left me to no longer consider a GM vehicle reliable enough to own. The lack of support and service from your dealership and GM on a vehicle that has a large amount of manufacture issues (new DEF system, two new torque converters, new transmission, new thermostat, and multiple other warranty covered items) leads me to believe that GM is back in the 80's and no longer cares about quality and reliability of their vehicles. Stevens Creek Chevrolet has had multiple opportunities to "make it right" and has always chosen the worst option for me (the customer) and the best for itself. You have my contact information and I reached out to discuss with no response, so if you wanted to make this right you would have . . . your response is all for show with no substance of real care.

I’ve bought a couple of vehicles from this dealership,

I’ve bought a couple of vehicles from this dealership, but my recent experience has been terrible. After they worked on my transmission, a noise started when the vehicle warmed up. The foreman acknowledged the issue during road tests, but I was later told the noise came from the license plate frame—how is that even possible? Even after removing it, the noise persisted, and they admitted they couldn’t identify the source. The vehicle has been at the dealership for two months with no resolution. They replaced the valve body but suggested I get a second opinion. Why should I when they were the ones who worked on it? They also said they’d send the car to their sister store, but coordinating road tests has been a mess due to their poor communication. To make matters worse, my GMC truck has also been at the shop for two months for a misaligned camera. I bought it five months ago, and it’s been in their shop almost half that time. I’m still making payments on both vehicles while they sit there. The service has been unprofessional. The general manager, Scott, refused to speak with me initially, sending a sales manager instead. When I finally spoke to him, he promised to follow up but never did. He wouldn’t even provide his email or direct contact. This dealership has been a nightmare to deal with, and I’m considering contacting the Bureau of Automotive Repair to get help. I regret buying my vehicles here and would not recommend this place to anyone.
