Worst experience - more broken, nothing fixed

I dropped the car yesterday to fix a heating issue. For two days I got no update from the service department in spite of leaving multiple voice mails. I finally decided to just pick up the car this evening without getting the issue fixed. And when I picked the car, I noticed the driver side window motor was broken and was down. So my car is in a worse situation than I left it and have had a very frustrating experience.

Avoid this Dealership

This service department oozes of either total dishonesty or of utter stupidity - took my Chevy Bolt in for a minor recall issue late 2022 and asked them to inspect an issue with the windshield wiper reservoir leaking. They came back to me reporting extensive rodent damage under the front bumper and gave me a quote of $7000+ for the repair job without taking a single picture to substantiate/document the damage, so in effect, I ended up paying $500 for diagnostics without having anything to show my insurance company. Regardless of what course of action is needed next, I don't trust these guys and will definitely have the work done elsewhere. Maybe besides the point, but waiting room doesn't even offer customers courtesy coffee ..

Bad Experience

Spent 5 days working with the dealership to purchase and ship a car to Oregon. At the time of purchase, they told me that can't ship to Oregon. Wasted much time and missed out on other opportunities. Bad experience.

After the fact. Zero integrity

Went to this dealership labor day weekend trusting that I wouldn't have a bad experience, Wrong.! I mean the staff seemed cool but 3 months later w only 2k miles added my truck that I bought from them already has a check engine light , the suspension is shot and they never gave me the second set of keys and fob and the windshield wiper fluid doesn't work either, the tank is full. I'm taking it to a different dealership for service mostly because after the fact I read all the terrible reviews. I'm worried now that all their shady deeds might impact my life moving forward w my truck negatively. I went there thinking I'm gona buy a newer truck from a dealership a certified dealership so that I can have a peace of mind because buying from people on Craigslist has been bad. People are so dishonest sometimes, but apparently so are the people at dealership.

Buyer beware

Purchased a used car from Steven’s creek Chevrolet, was told while I was in the fiancé dept, they would detail the car, and get the second set of keys from the office, the car also had 3 curb rash wheels, which they issued a due bill to repair them. I have called numerous times for the salesman, the sales manager, and finance director, without ever receiving a call back. This has been 4 months now, I finally did get to talk to salesman that sold me the car, he said please hold on, let me go get the used car manager, to rectify the problem, after being on hold 50 minutes I finally hung up! To this date, I have never received the second key, or they have never scheduled a date to fix the wheels!! If you are purchasing a car from this dealership, do not leave their property without everything promised, or you will end up like me trying to get them to honor their contract. My next step is to file a report with General Motors Corporation, and California DMV

In regards the mechanic shop I’m very disappointed I spend more than $7000.00 an my issue with evac system was not fixed took the car back twice an last time I brought it back Dey told me that I needed to spend another’s $8000.00 to fix the problem I took to. An independent mechanic an fixed the issue for $700.00 An mention I did not needed to replaced all the thing you guys did my understanding is that your technician is just guessing, what’s parts he need to be replaced. I’m totally disappointed

Hi Scott I checked the truck with a local mechanic an he just confirmed that everything that they did did it wrong you guys make me replace parts that has nothing to do with the evap system we called this morning to 408-900-6740 an let a message so you can contact him an discussed all about it I’m ready to go Bar.Ca.gov. To dispute all the wrong doing on my truck The more I investigate about all the parts you said you replaced the more disappointed I get

The employees are very friendly and helpful once we drove

The employees are very friendly and helpful once we drove into the parking lot. Transaction was done quickly and all the paperwork was already ready to be signed, no time wasted. Bottom line is excellent service and friendly staff!
