Not good business

Had been in constant contact ( all 7 days prior to appoint) with This auto dealer to purchace a truck . Sent pre qualified letter Crossed all t and dotted my I s . Asking what they needed Was told your pre qualified. We will go over terms .when you get here. Just bring your 20% down. Show up after flying from 3 states away. I called before I borded the plane. Walk in was greeted by Chris my sales person. Only to be told. The truck got sold. He turned his back. Went about selling another auto. I was very upset. Asked him if he was F crazy. Finance guy tried turning the issue on me. I had all corespondence with me. Plus the money i said I put down.. He said they had nothing else in that brand gmc. On their website there is one. The entire team needs to be let go. If you make a mistake. At least own up to it. The owner gave me 300.00 shut up.money. to get a ticket home. Just poor business practice

Deceptive and misleading-buyer beware!

Buyer beware! We purchased a vehicle here in August. The vehicle had a small drop of oil on the engine. My husband asked about it. Our salesperson had their mechanics look at it and was told it was a "loose cap". Long story short, it wasn't. And our mechanics strongly suspect the mechanics at Cincy AutoMall likely made the initial problem WAY worse. We purchased the vehicle in good faith based on what we now know was dishonest and deceptive information. A week later we paid nearly $2300 repairs. Cincy Automall refused to answer our calls or texts. I've opened a complaint with the BBB but I'll be surprised if this company does the right thing. I've tried to be patient and let Cincy AutoMall have time to respond but they clearly aren't going to be honest. I would never recommend this dealership. I wish I could give ZERO stars. EDIT: We have had an additional $1500 in repairs-all from the same issue. I've reached out three times to Cincy AutoMall as requested in their response. They are always at "lunch" or "with a customer". I've left my phone number and my email-never received a response. Disappointing but not surprising. Please think twice before purchasing here. Another update: At purchase, they told us they were taking care of transferring our plates-I asked twice if there was anything we needed to do (i.e. go to the BMV) and was told-they would handle everything. We just paid $293 in court costs and fines, because they once again mislead us. I can't stress enough what a nightmare this purchase has been and is now continuing to be for my family. Please don't spend your money with this company.

Horrific experience

I wish I could give this place negative stars. Nothing but trouble with our car and no support. They lied to us on several occasions. Don’t buy here. I should have known better when the sales associate went by “Mr giggles”.

They. Sell. Lemons.

Absolutely terrible. Poor communication. Minimal assistance. I bought a used car from them and after not even two days it broke down. It has been a full week since the car was towed to them and they have not given me a single update on what’s wrong with my car or if they will take care of it.

Bought Online, When it Arrived Terrible Paint Job

I live in California and decided to purchase a car here because I could not find it here in California with all the options I wanted. In the photos, the car looked great. In reality, when it arrived it had a terrible paint job, the car was not cheap, and is a 2021. Not sure why this was not mentioned to us by phone, email, or pics before purchase. I contacted Cincy AutoMall over a month ago in several forms and have been ignored. I am writing to express my disappointment with the condition of the vehicle I purchased from your dealership. Upon delivery, I discovered that the paint job on the car was in poor condition, with paint overspray on the trim, bumps under the paint, clearcoat peeling, and paint dripping. This was not disclosed to me prior to purchase and I feel misled. I understand that used cars may have some wear and tear, but the poor paint job greatly diminishes the value and appearance of the vehicle. I am requesting that the dealership rectify the situation by either repainting the car or offering a fair discount on the purchase price. Love this place found a nice car at a nice price

Got a great car at a great price, if you're looking for a car goto Cincy Auto Mall ask for Tray and Ericka they're the best, they got me in and out love this place.

My experience was awesome every step of the way! Jessika did everything she could to get us into the car we wanted. The experience was great and all the people there are super friendly! I will be going back!

Thank you for being understanding an very compassionate an helpful with me finding the truck best for my life an budget. Huge shout out to my sales person Hunter Collins! Stand up guy very polite very professional very upfront an willing to work with you every step of the process! Was always greeted at the door or on the lot with a smile from their associates an was treated like a person! I highly recommend this place

Pleasant people to deal with

Pleasant people to deal with !😃Don’t go anywhere else. Well go here first then you will return for your purchase! I didn’t and don’t regret it . I live an hour away, and this is my second car I have purchased from the cincy. They took care of everything I ever needed with my first car and I know I will not have any complaints with them!
