Service advisor

Since I purchased my Lexus I was fortunate to get Marvin D as my service advisor. I could sum it up by saying he is extremely nice, honest, and very knowledgeable. He treats me like I am family. He doesn't try to sell me anything that I don't need. Bredemann is very fortunate to have Marvin as a service advisor. I hope that Bredemann will acknowledge him for being such a wonderful employee.

Life savers

In April my Husband and I took our 2013 RX in because the AC was not blowing cold air. The same month our little boy was born and we couldn't afford to pay so much out of pocket. Now we had a car with no working AC, our new bundle of joy and a Chicago summer coming up. Knowing we had to fix this issue to safely drive our son around in temperatures that would reach above 90degrees in the up coming months, we called Bredemann customer service to see if they can offer any help. It took a while but the wait was worth it. Three months later we finally have a working AC and paid less than expected for it. We no longer have to borrow my parents car when we want to take our baby out for the day. Thank you Pat and Marvin, and the rest of the customer service team! We will need to upgrade to a bigger car soon and we will be staying with Bredemann.

Awesome Service and Support!

Bredemann has been fantastic to work with for the past three years, they have an excellent selection of new and used vehicles and a world class staff to support their clients. They are great. I have purchased two vehicles there so far, and it is nice knowing where I will be headed one day in the next decade to buy another.

Luxury car, luxury service

Bredemann Lexus is the only Lexus dealer I go to for service. They treat their customers and customer cars with respect. They pay attention to your needs and do their best to accommodate them. I never leave their service department thinking they could have done better.

Service recall worked performed for an airbag in my car. I was given a brand new loaner to drive! Malinda also put gas in my car and had it washed! Malinda & The service staff is friendly and the lady that received my loaner when I came back, Martha, and checked me out and explained about the free inspection they had done. She was very thorough and gave me some print outs regarding my car. I like coming to this Bredemann Lexus dealership for my repairs and recalls.

My Lexus Lifesavers

Words can not express how grateful I am to have a service dealership that goes above and beyond each service visit for me. When I came in on a hectic Saturday Martha was more than accomadating. My rear seat belt was tangled and I could not remove my child seat. A friendly young tech was able to free it in no time even with out an appointment. Malinda is normally my service person but she was busy at he time. I am grateful for the wonderful staff at this location and their ability to resolve my issue in minutes. Thank you Bredemann girls!
