Another great experience at Fields Lexus Glenview. Took my car in to have a small ding looked at. Jesse had me out of there with a loaner in less than 15 min. Picked my car up at the end of the day looking like new.

James was an excellent salesman. He worked with me for quite a long time to find the perfect car for me. He never gave up. The day I picked up my car, everything went very smoothly. Carlos is excellent with the customers. He is very knowledgeable about cars and always very friendly. Arbaaz showed me how to set up a lot of functions in my new car that I did not know how to do. When I came back two days later, he went over a couple of new things with me and was very patient and understanding that this was all new to me. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I had a very positive experience purchasing my new car at Fields Lexus. I was treated very respectfully. My salesman, Dave was knowledgeable, kind, and patient with all of my questions. Fields was able to offer me a better deal than the other dealers I had visited. They also offer ongoing training to educate me on the new technology in my car. They seem very interested in making the customer happy. They even offer free car washes, loaners when servicing, and even a cafe with food and drinks. I don’t think any other place does all of this. I am a huge fan of Fields Lexus.
