Great experience
Went in looking for a new car and walked out in about 2 hours. My sale rep Larry was a pleasure to deal with. He was never pushy and made me feel comfortable. The best part is he was always helpful even after the sale to take care of minor issues. That's a rare trait in this day and age. I just took my car in for a remote start (free of charge) and will follow up with another review after the completion. Please contact Larry for your New Car purchase... You will not be disappointed!

In the past 10 years I've owned everything from a handful of GM vehicles to VW's and Acuras. The pre-sale, sale and after sales customer service from all the past dealers was pretty terrible to say the least (especially at Acura.) Although I enjoyed my Acura, the primary reason I traded it in for a Lexus was the abhorrent service I received from McGrath. My intention when I walked into Bredemann Lexus was to just do some research for a possible new car, but I walked out with a brand new 2012 Lexus IS 250 AWH. I was kindly greeted by Larry and although I informed him that I was only "looking," he treated me with professionalism and wasn't "pushy." From the minute I walked into the sales floor to the time of this posting, I couldn't be more happy about his service. 6 days after the purchase, I noticed a scratch on the front drivers wheel by no fault of my own, so I emailed him regarding the matter. He responded in less than 12 hours (the email was send late at night but I received a response the next morning before 7am) to address that matter. Larry's approach to customer service is nothing short of amazing! If you're in the market for a new car, do not hesitate to contact Larry.

I brought my 2008 ES350 in for the 45K service call. My wife and I then proceeded on a trip to South Dakota for a family reunion. I had it in my head to travel with the cruise control set at 51 mph with a full tank of gas to see what the actual MPG would resolve. We drove at that preset speed all the way to Austin, MN where we stayed over night before the final drive to Sioux Falls, SD. The onboard computers were all zeroed out and on arrival at Austin the computer showing MPG showed 41.6!!!!!! I was really amazed, but the only drawback was getting three horns, two from trucks, and several single digit salutes. It was equally amazing that on the return trip from Sioux Falls, SD to our home, with quite a few stops for this and that, the computer showed that our MPG was 34.8!! It seems like everyone I know in Wilmette buys from Bredemann, so when I needed a new car that's where I went. I expected a lot and got a lot more. They could not have been more patient and helpful, especially AFTER the sale. When I could not figure out a few things regarding it's operation, they came out to my house to show me. They continue to make follow up calls to make sure that everything was satisfactory. Now I know what everyone was raving about. I would never consider buying from anyone else.

My family has purchased many cars from Bredemann Lexus and I have purchased two within the last 4 years. The reason I continue to buy cars from Bredemann is that the staff actually makes buying a car a pleasant experience. The staff are knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. They followed through with all the actions they had promised. They continue to make follow up calls to ensure that owning a Lexus is a positive experience. When my daughter was ready to buy a car, we went o Bredemann Ford and experienced the same great attitude , knowledge and service. The staff I dealt with from salesman to service were all helpful and polite. I will continue to buy from this dealership!

Best car buying experience
I emailed a salesman about a specific vehicle before going into the dealership. The car and the salesman were ready when we got there. They were very fast at getting us through the buying process. I believe the total time in the dealership was about 2 hours and 45 minutes. For once I can say the finance part was an awesome experience. The finance manager was great, took him about 20 minutes total. We shared some jokes, some quick stories about having kids, and we weren't pushed to buy anything. They helped carry my stroller down the stairs while my wife held our son and I was swapping everything from my truck to the new car. Overall a great place and very family friendly.

I bought my first Lexus from Bredemann in 1992 and my fifth from them this year (2012). I can't imagine going elsewhere as the staff is well informed and friendly and the service department the best I've ever experienced. We have also purchased a Ford and a Toyota from the Bredemann family, making a total of 7 cars. I have never had a bad experience. I drove my last 300ES 150,000 miles over 10 years and would still have it if it hadn't been "totaled" by another driver in a parking lot. I immediately found a 350ES which is proving as reliable as my previous Lexus cars. When you phone Bredemann Lexus, you always get a live human being and will be directly connected to your chosen contact. Service hours begin during the night and are plentiful. If you need a loaner, there is no charge. If you don't, the waiting area is comfortable and with free WiFi access
