Chris Malone was my service advisor. The service airbag light kept coming on. Chris was able to get me in even though it was very busy. To find out it was an easy fix. there was a loose connection under the driver seat. Honest and excellent technicians and service advisors. Always a great experience.

My review…. Let that say absolutely amazing.! I walked in about an email I had gotten and was curious about it. As I was walking in k was greated my an amazing sales person named Andre. He listened to what I had to say. Acknowledged it. And did something about it.! Got me in to my very first brand new vehicle …not used! Super stoked.! Got me out of a bad situation and in to a great situation.! Highly recommend.! This is my 2nd vehicle from west herr.! And would go back again.!

Great service on short notice. They took my new car right in and gave me a loaner. They even made arangements to return my new car back to me to save me a return trip.
