Routine maintenance

I came in to have my oil change and tire rotation and found out I was a day early. After the initial embarrassment they said they could fit me in. It was even a shorter visit than I thought it would take.

Good service

The service department employees are very friendly and helpful. They are good getting back to you and are courteous. Technicians are good and efficient. Always satisfied with the work done.

Very pleased with my vehicle, salesman and dealer.

Once we got everything straightened out, the process went great! My salesman Steve Stonehouse was very helpful and finally got all the ducks in a row. I have had Steve as my salesman since 2016. Never pressured me into a vehicle I did not want. He tried and succeeded in getting the color I wished for. He was helpful in explaining all the new options that are equipped on this vehicle. Steve also got me into my price range that I could be comfortable with. Helpful, friendly and patient. I know I gave him a few grey hairs. Would I recommend Steve and the dealership.

Great service

Hit a curb. The fox was way lower than the estimate. They handled it immediately and quicker than expected. Dealing with the service manager, Christine, was pleasant and efficient.

Efficient Jeep oil change

My car wouldn’t start turns out it was low on oil so they provided an oil change. They were extremely efficient I’ll be going back here in the future. Honest dealership.

2023 Ram Bighorn

Brought my 2021 compass for oil, change, tire rota

I brought my 2021 compass in for an oil, change, tire, rotation, and inspection Chris Malone was my service advisor. All work was done within an hour and a half. Service department does an excellent job. That is why I’ve been going there for the last 15 years excellent work excellent customer service. I think the dealership should offer better incentives for routine maintenance such as a benefit to join oil change, and tire rotation.
