Mitchell CDJR sets the standard for customer service.

Mitchell CDJR sets the standard for customer service. 1100 miles from home, Check Engine light comes on in our 2020 Ram and noticeable engine issues. Contacted Mitchell CDJR, Wesley Roberson, Service Advisor, instructs us to bring it in and they will investigate. This was after another dealership, informed us that they could look at it in a month. After review Wes had to deliver the bad news that there was a catastrophic engine failure. Dave Marshall, Service Manager assured us that they would do everything possible to expedite delivery of parts, and required shop time to get us back on the road. Additionally, he committed to a timeline that would keep us from returning home to the northeast while waiting for repairs. We contacted a national car rental agency and learned they had no cars available. Dave assured us they would help, and connected us with Jessica Mcguffin, Customer Coordinator. She arranged a weekly rental, and drove us to Mitchell Nissan to pick up the car. The rental was a 2024, reasonably priced and very easy on gas. Upon return Dave provided a loaner, while Tech Mike Ray finalized the major repairs. Once complete we were assured that driving the 1100 miles home would be fine. Most of those miles were on interstate, there were, and have been, no issues. I realize that this is a lengthy review, but this team needed to be recognized for their natural customer service and actions.

I purchased a used Dodge Journey (2016) in March 2023

I purchased a used Dodge Journey (2016) in March 2023 from this dealership. Withing 7 days of driving off the lot, the ABS light came on. I was told it was just a sensor, then was told it was the ABS module and that the dealership would make the repair once the part arrived. It is now 16 months LATER, and repair still hasn't been done, nor has the dealership taken any attempt to correct or communicate. Unacceptable!

Staff was great, quick service.

Staff was great, quick service. had my valve cover gasket leaking they got my part in within a day and fixed it up the next day.

We were stranded on our trip with a check engine light

We were stranded on our trip with a check engine light glaring but the team of Mitchell Chrysler came to our rescue! Jessica McGuffin was the first to take the lead. She ensured us that they could take care of us and to bring our vehicle in. The sales manager, Ethan Johnson, hooked us up with Will Massey who went out of his way to get us a place to stay while they checked over our vehicle. The dealership was closed and the pageant booked all of the hotels but Will was determined not to leave us stranded. The next day our service advisor, Richard, got on the job post haste. Lucky for us they had the coil in stock (another benefit of using a dealership). The service team worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done correctly and efficiently working with our Mopar warranty and our service records. They really demonstrated that they had the service staff to do the job right! They also reflected the ownership of the dealership. Everyone that we worked with all seemed genuinely happy and willing to help! They saved our bacon and I am sure they can do the same for you. Tip: try to stay at the Marriott by the dealership bonus tip is the restaurant across the road (Santa Fe Cattle Company)
