Diagnose Problem

I had a strange problem with my car not starting. It had happened a few times already in another state when visiting family. I received poor service in the other state and they were not very helpful. When I was able to return to NC and the problem happened again, I called Leith Acura service department and was treated with excellent service!! Alex Gilliam was super helpful, understanding and listened to my car issue. He took very detailed notes to ensure the mechanics knew what to look for. He called me every day while my car was in the shop to ensure that I was informed and up to date with the diagnosis of the problem. I felt like I was in very good hands! I cant say enough positive remarks about Acura and Alex! Thank you!

Leith Acura was a wonderful experience! It was so professional and so very clean! Juan simply beats to a different drum! He is smart, kind, and loves the Lord, Jesus Christ! He was very patient with my wife and I ! He is blessed to sell the best automobile every made in my humble opinion!

The only reason I would recommend this dealership is due...

The only reason I would recommend this dealership is due to the exceptional courtesy and respect I received from Juan White and the Finance Manager Travis Thornton. The first day I went to look at the vehicle, Juan met me with an outstanding attitude. He wasn't pushy at all, like we all know car salesman have a reputation of being. He was straightforward with me throughout the entire process. Travis was very informative during the paperwork portion of the deal. He made it a seamless and faster experience than you'd usually expect while buying a vehicle. With all that being said there was one huge issue I had with a particular person there, Gavin Davis. From the very first time we spoke, Gavin was extremely rude and demeaning. Every response he had was a snide comment. He clearly had the intent to belittle and antagonize me, every chance he saw fit. When I asked him about the price on the vehicle I was interested in, he couldn't introduce himself or talk to me at all. He literally went and picked up a sign they had, and brought it to the office I was sitting in. He then proceeded to read each line of the sign to me, as if I was incompetent of doing so myself. I have never felt so insulted in my life. This man has no business working with people. They may have new policies in place that he's tired of repeating to new customers but that in no way gave him the right to be so discourteous towards me from the start. If it weren't for the experience I had already had with Juan and the fact of how hard it has been for myself to find a vehicle with the particular features this one had (I'd been searching over a year), I would've walked out of that dealership the moment he had the audacity to bring that sign over. The worst part is, there were multiple opportunities for him to apologize or atleast stop with the impertinent attitude. The smirk he had through the entirety of our conversations, made it clear to me that he felt a sense of achievement to be so condescending.

Doug was amazing! He let me shop around, ask him a million questions and was so patient. It was the perfect mix of space and support. I felt like Doug was on my team the whole time. I’ve been telling everyone I’ve talked to since leaving the dealership about Doug from Leith Acura in Raleigh. My mom’s lease is up at the end of December and she’s excited to check Acura out soon!! Doug kept me with the brand and recruited a few future Acura owners!

Forgot to give Saud his 5 stars!

He deserves it. Good experience and he is not pushy! He helped to do a lot of the work before I got there to save time being at a dealership during the pandemic. I's recommend him as a salesperson and the dealership in general!

When I walked into Leith Acura is was greeted by Juan White. He was pleasant and helped me trade in my non working Mazda CX-9 for an Acura RDX. Juan was friendly and patient with me. We had to wait for my car to be towed to the dealership and then for my financing phone calls. The whole process went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Leith Acura to anyone and have them work with Juan White.

Acura MDX service and repair.

The costumer service was above helpful . Jake helped us with the car and getting the parts and service that we needed, I wish every dealership has one like him, he was kind and prompt making sure to check on us, to see if we needed anything,he was prompt letting us know how the service was coming, as we looked around the sales personal ask if we needed any assistance, we are now serious thinking of trading our MDX in on one of your RDX models . Thank you so much for making our experience one of ease, I will recommend your dealership to our friends, and we hope to see you soon on our next purchase. One of the things that I have learned throughout my years is that good costumer service starts with the first person who greets you at the door . Jake set a great example for your dealership.
