Great communication

This was my first visit to this dealership. My advisor, Jake, was a great communicator throughout the visit. I also drove the technician in the car so he could properly diagnose my issue. He was extremely nice and seemed to genuinely want to help resolve my problems. I had a part that needed to be ordered so I will need to return at a later time. I don't mind at all because they were very welcoming and guided me along the way. Great staff!

Great Service Experience

My service advisor, Shawn Sellew, greeted me promptly when I arrived and kept me informed about my car's service while I was waiting. I noticed that the dealership employees were all being very safe and adhering to the CDC guidelines for the Covid-19 pandemic - they were wearing masks, disinfecting common areas, and cleaning after each customer at the checkout window. They even wiped down my credit card.

"Juan was amazing...Outstanding car buying experience!"

Juan White was fantastic! This was by far the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. From the time I contacted Leith Acura Raleigh by telephone and spoke with Juan to meeting with him in person to finalizing the deal with Leith's business manager (who was outstanding as well) through driving off in our new Acura TLX, the process was seamless and stress free. I would highly recommend this dealership and Mr. White to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Great customer service

Everyone was very polite and helpful both on the phone and in person. Marc even gave me directions. Shawn was very nice and helpful as well. I had a trailer hitch put on and it looks really good.
