2021 Big Horn Ram Truck
Purchasing the truck was a painless and quick experience. There was no hassle or debating. The dealership was upfront and there was no hidden fees etc involved in the purchasing process. We were very pleased with the process of buying this truck.

I can't seem to get the service department or the service...
I can't seem to get the service department or the service manager to respond to me. Answering the phone and responding is important! I understand supply chain issues, but I don't understand why that is an excuse to not respond to customers. I just spent 30 minutes listening to a phone ring. I've left voicemail for both Stephanie and Doug, but have yet to hear back. My next step is a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and Chrysler Corporation. I'm certain the latter will result in being told that each dealership is independent and there is nothing they can do. Customer service and customer care appear to be nonexistent with this dealership. Caveat Emptor!

Unprofessional
I called and spoke to Carter about an used Lincoln Mark LT truck they listed for sale the same day. This is a very rare truck as they only made them for 3 years - 2006-2008. After talking to him on phone, we set an appointment for 1st this the next morning. I arrived only to find they sent the truck to another shop for repairs the night before. Why did he schedule my appointment when the truck isn't there? Annoyed, but they assured me they would call me as soon as it was ready and back on site. After speaking w/ Carter each day, he texts me 6 days later to inform me the truck is sold. It hasn't even returned from the shop and its sold?!?! What a joke! I'm sure a friend of an employee bought it as this is a very rear truck. Extremely unprofessional to note even allow me to put a bid in being I was the very 1st person to inquire about it. Don't bother buying from this dealer as they do NOT put customer service 1st.
