Great car buying experience.
Great car buying experience. Wanted to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and take advantage of employee pricing plus to offset my negative equity. Horacio handled my inquiry, got me the deal I wanted, and everything was done remotely, even my trade in. Only went to the dealer when it was time to sign the paperwork and take the car. I did not have any issues like hidden fees or misleading pricing. Everything was very transparent and the car I got was almost $10000 off MSRP. Overall I would highly recommend buying from this dealer and I would recommend working with Horacio.

I was just browsing the parking lot to get an idea of newer cars when I was approached by Chris Hofmann. He was friendly, helpful and really knew his cars. He never pressured me, took the time to answer all my questions. While I wasn't planning on a purchase that day, Chris helped me find the perfect car for me in my price range. What a stellar experience at this dealership! Highly recommend Chris to anyone wanting a vehicle!

I currently drive a Don Jackson vehicle that I bought new, so I choose them first for another car. This time they would not answer any questions online or after multiple phone calls and kept insisting that I make an appointment to come in. I'm not making the drive without the info I requested. This "program" may be successful to get people to the showroom but it did not help me. They lost this sale and possibly my future business.

BEWARE: I had a deceptive experience at Don Jackson North
BEWARE: I had a deceptive experience at Don Jackson North in Cumming, GA on 3/17/24. I was charged $2,123 in hidden fees for LoJack ($1,295) and an Advantage Package ($828) that were never disclosed. I was told my signature was just to run my credit. Sales Manager Sean Allerdice ignored follow-up, and I was sent back to salesman Jimmy, who lied to my face and blamed me for having “buyer’s remorse.” He said nothing could be done since the deal had gone through the bank—an excuse to avoid accountability. I had to submit a Better Business Bureau complaint, and I strongly urge others to do your due diligence before going here. Don’t be fooled by their low vehicle prices—they make it up with hidden fees. They currently have an F rating with the BBB.

I reached out to the dealership on cars.
I reached out to the dealership on cars.com. and don’t receive a reply. I finally received a call asking how my experience was several days later, I told them no one has responded. 2 days later the first message I received was via text and was a screenshot of a quote. No conversation, no “Hi my name is so and so”, never asked to send me a video of the vehicle I was inquiring about or what other details or questions I had. I then left 2 phone messages for a sales manager and received no response from them either. I reached out to several other dealerships about Jeep 392’s, and I am a buyer! Working on a deal now with a dealership. I would never do business with Don Jackson or refer anyone to them. If this is the service the provide out of the gate and that I received to start off a purchase, I couldn’t even imagine what it would be throughout the process and follow up.

Go see big Carl.
Go see big Carl. He’s the Best. Very friendly and full of personality. He didn’t make me feel like I was dealing with a car salesman. He made me feel like what I thought mattered. The best part was when we did a tic tok of me driving off in my new ride. So much fun!! This team did everything they could to get me in my car without a down payment and gave me rebates and got me in a good car with reasonable payments. Go see big Carl, he’s the best!! ❤️❤️❤️

The absolute WORST and most unprofessional dealership I
The absolute WORST and most unprofessional dealership I have ever encountered. On Friday night, we drove through the parking lot to see a vehicle I saw online. It was unlocked, so we looked inside and it was absolutely disgusting. Other than the filth on the inside, we liked the car and it seemed to be a decent price for the year and miles. On Sunday night, I submitted an online request for information on the vehicle. Big Carl reached out via text. I asked how the dealership acquired the car (trade-in or auction). Either way, I had reservations because if someone allowed their car to look like that, I was concerned how well they maintained it (but knew it could be cleaned and wanted to find out the details on the car) . Big Carl told me that he would reach out to me by noon on Monday. I never heard from him, so I reached out. I then received a text saying, "I can't find them" (I had asked about another car as well). I replied "what the cars?" He then calls me to say that he cannot find either car on the lot and he needed some time. When I left work I went to the dealership and the car was sitting in the exact same spot as it was on Friday (its now Monday), STILL filthy. I walked to the building and was about to walk in the door and request another sales person when Corey Johnson comes walking out. He is on the phone talking about a deal with a customer and tells them to hold on to see what we need (meanwhile Big Carl & several other sales associates are standing around the showroom shooting the xxxx doing nothing). We told him we were there trying to find out info on a car. He asked us to show it to him on the lot. As we are walking, he continues to talk on the phone with the customer about the deal, the down payment, etc. Then we are standing around waiting for at least 10-15 minutes while he continues the call. When he finally gets off the phone, he proceeds to say that he is currently in the middle of 7 deals and continues spouting cocky arrogant xx. He looks at the car and says that he took it in on trade and he knows the people because they have bought 9 Jeeps, 4-5 from him and they make $400k a year. I said $400k a year and they are buying Jeep Grand Cherokees...he says yes. He proceeds to tell us what great cars they are and how he bought one for his ex, who he said looks just like my daughter, before she left him. He continued on with his self absorbed comments and finally said he would go get the key. We waited 10-15 minutes for him to come back and then left. Also, the pictures below are the ones posted online by the dealership. I should have known if they would post pictures of a car that dirty, to steer clear...and the car sat like that at least Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday while unlocked ...the entire weekend & the busiest time for sales... NEVER AGAIN!!
