Happy Customer

I was happy to have my 2018 Nissan Rogue serviced at Fuccillo Nissan in Orange Park. Although I made an appointment online the night before, I was told the services required would take approximately 1 1/2 hours to complete. Car was ready when expected and was washed as well.

Great people to work with

Great service department to work with never had issues with the quality. The quality always been excellent and timely to get you back on the road. The Financer manager Charles was a pleasure to work with .

Great service and advice

I came in for an issue with my suspension making a noise. At first we could not replicate it but then they did and were quick to diagnose and fix.

Not satisfied

Charles Tillman was the best part of my experience at Fucillo Nissan. I initially purchased a used Nissan Rogue that was not supposed to be sold to me but I was kept in the dark about what was happening with my vehicle for 2 weeks. Yes I was given a loaner car but not knowing what was going on with the vehicle created a lot of unnecessary anxiety for me during an already rough time period in my life. When I would call the dealership I was told that my car was not there and that nobody knew what was going on with my car. When I asked to speak with a manager I was directed to speak to my salesman Charles Tillman and he was very nice to me and did his best to keep me calm in the situation but he was not given any information on what was happening with the vehicle either. At the end I wnded up with a Nissan Rogue same color and year with a few more miles but not by far the same car and that is what Nissan wanted me to believe. The cars differences were small but noticeable and not addressed. Such as push start and electric seats for examples. I went along with the deal because I knew it was hard to get me financed and I am in a bind at this time. I do not appreciate the way that I was treated and disregarded when Nissan was the one that made the mistake. My initial experience was great but what happened after I took the car that I wanted home and then it was taken from me with no explanation for two weeks made the whole situation sour. I will not tell any of my friends or family to come to this dealership.

Always a great visit!

The workspace in the waiting area is very spacious.I was able to work while my vehicle was being serviced. The Service team is awesome too!

Sales associate was very pleasant.

Everyone was very nice and they did well getting my son into the right vehicle. The only complaint I had was that we had to wait 4 hours before the finance manager could even getting the financing process started. Then when my son went to get his truck the next day, he had to wait all day for them to have it serviced and detailed.

Fast and friendly, great service

Truck rides like it did on day 1, very friendly staff! Would recommend to others! Very fast service, great waiting area, very clean, very happy with service!

Stress free experience

Kendrick and Chris were very kind and comforting. Typically purchasing a car is a aggravating and frustrating time. Kendrick was honest and he and my husband got along great. Thank you guys

Highly disappointed

Very poor service not at all the level I expect from Nissan. I brought my car in for servicing and did not get all that I asked for and then the manager made excuses.
