Chris O’Neal is the best service guy ever! He listens to what you the customer has to say. He takes your needs and wants and personal safety in consideration when recommending service as well as the health of your vehicle. He remains calm in the face of adversity. He treats people with respect. The job is always done properly. I wouldn’t be a customer if not for him.

Kendrick is the man
Kendrick was great. He greeted us right away and got right to business with us and showed me the car I wanted right away. He made us feel comfortable and was able to get us the deal we wanted. He was attentive and aware and always made sure we knew what was going on. I’d for sure recommend a friend to him.

Amazing courtesy staff

CPO Pathfinder
Had a bad experience at another local Nissan dealership. Stopped by Fuccillo and spoke with Pete Karos. Right from the first conversation, Pete was a pleasure to work with. We test drove a 2017 Pathfinder Platinum, but my wife was not a fan of the light sand color leather. Told Pete what we were after and he told us he'd keep an eye out. A few days later Pete called us (on his day off!) to let us know that the exact vehicle we we're looking for had just been traded in, a pearl white 2017 Pathfinder SL AWD. We stopped by that evening, test drove it and before it had even been cleaned, decided to buy it. Lorenc Bragjeci got all of the paperwork taken care of for us. It had a few issues (dent in rear bumper, rock chip in windshield and a missing key) but Fuccillo has offered to fix everything. The price was very competitive and they have gone above and beyond on everything so far, even stayed three hours after closing to help finish this deal. Will definitely be recommending Fuccillo to my friends and family. Thanks again, Pete!

Fast friendly service
In for 1500mile check up out in an hour and a half which is what I was told it would be. I knew going in what cost was, no surprises.
