The service I have there is beyond amazing and I will always buy my vehicles from Garber Chevy, for a simple reason that I know my vehicle will get the services it needs to stay on the road and with there warranty they offer a break down is never a issue always covered and they always have a nice car for me to use to help me get through my service. I'm a forever customer
It's always a pleasant environment. Everyone is very nice and friendly. They treat you like a valued customer even if you didn't purchase your vehicle from them . They are kid friendly. Everywhere there is very clean. They have several waiting areas. I travel 50 mins to get to them I pass at least 5 Chevy dealerships to get to them.

Coupons not honored
I brought my Traverse in for brake repairs. I spoke with someone and informed them that I had coupons form the dealership's website. The service person assigned to me told me to bring htem in and they would apply the best coupon. I was expecting to pay arounf $400 for my brakes with the coupons. Once I arrived, to the tune of more than $800, when I presented the coupons, I was told that the dealership did not even offer the type of brake pads mentioned on theri website. The service person could not give any explanation for why the dealership would offer a product that they do not even carry. I felt as if the entire experience was a bait and switch. Moving forward I will take my car to another dealer where I feel they will have greater integrity.

Yadira has to be the friendliest and most welcoming employee Chevy of Highland has, she explained everything in detail what my car needed in services to keep it up to date and I purchased it. I definitely felt a difference in my car by running smoother.

I bought a used Jeep Wrangler on December 22,2022.
I bought a used Jeep Wrangler on December 22,2022. I was told after everything was said and done that the 2nd Key was misplaced. Fine. I gave it a couple weeks, And it was never found. I came in on a Wed. to get a new key made and the key guy did not show up. I came in this Wed. and they told me they could not get ahold of him. Still No Key. REALLY??? So this is the way we run a Dealership. So today is January 19th, 2023. Still No Key. REALLY??? NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

Over charged Auto Repairs
Be careful having these guys quote and repair your vehicle. They constantly overcharge for repair. Be sure to carefully consider other qualified alternatives. These guys don't care about their long-term customers, etc. As such, I will never buy another car from them OR get my car serviced by them.
