Pleasant, seamless, and smooth. The team at GHC were great. Brian H. (Product Specialist) and Justin S. (Gen. Sales Mgr.) worked to provide me with a competitive offer on my trade and financing. James M. (Fin. Services Mgr.) helped get me out the door with great coverage. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever encountered, and I got a great truck at a great deal.

Service adviser Samantha was good.

Service adviser Samantha was good. Price was way too high! For an oil change with a $30 discount coupon, a tire rotation with a $24.95 special and a diagnostic inspection fee of $189.95 to check why a passenger side window would not roll down, my total bill was $335.12. This also included various service fees and shop fees. Way too high! I will not be back at Garber for any service in the future. Ridiculous!

From being greeted as I entered the dealership to meeting several associates then working with Christian Vasquez was a wonderful experience. It was like walking into a Sunday family dinner, warm and friendly. Christian walked me through each and every step and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Wow what a first meeting. This young man showed a high standard and so much care for the client.

BEWARE!

BEWARE!! THIS DEALER COMMITS FRAUD.!! I purchased a brand new 2024 Silverado In 2024. I brought it into the service department for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall. When vehicle was done, they called me and I went to pick it up. Unfortunately, my heart was broken when a couple of big deep scratches were in one of the driver's side door. The service writer took pictures and stated, they will fix this in a couple days and apologize sincerely. As I'm driving home I notice the little oil sticker on the windshield has not been changed so immediately when I got home. I checked the dashboard for oil life and that was not changed. So I called the dealership again, and he stated, (Sir!)The oil was changed not to worrie, the technician probably forgot to reset the oil life on your dash and sticker on your windshield. (Unfortunately), for the dealership, I did mark my oil filter and tires. The oil was never changed, Tires were never rotated.(That is called fraud.) They took my money$$ with a smile, but did no work. I go back to the dealership the next day. They said they will get on this problem immediately. So standing there, I asked him about the deep scratchs. They said they're going to take care of that problem too. They give me a loaner for almost 2 weeks. Then they called me and said, come and get your truck. I get there. They never fix the deep scratchs. I asked, why not??? He stated, It's going to cost way to much, over $4000 and after talking to the (service manager), he said, you have to prove it happened here. WOW!!!!$#@@! unfortunately, still to this day, in 2025 end of February, This problem still has not been solved. I've been on the phone with G M and others and I'll probably be taking them to court. Happy Times buying a NEW auto at Chevy Dealers, is not the same.😢😭
