Very good service. I had an oil change and my sunroof fixed. They gave me a loaner while my car was being fixed and updated throughout the week.

Great Experience at Jim Riehl's Friendly Cadillac
The salesman spent as much time with me as I needed, which was about 1 1/2 hours the first visit and about 2 1/2 hours the day I purchased the XT5. There is a lot of new technology and the salesman (Thomas) was very knowledgeable.

Replacement of a 10 year old part
When the glove box latch shattered on my 2007 Hummer, I was skeptical if a dealer could even order the part. I drove to the dealer, it was ordered and I received a text in a few days indicating it was ready to be installed. What more could a customer ask for?

Love my car!
I had been considering buying a new car for the past year or so. I was directed to this dealership from the Costco program. A bit of a drive, but well worth the time. I was especially impressed with my salesman, George Jablonski. Once we had made our request through Costco, George called us the following day. He listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and we arranged for a trial drive. He did not have the exact model and color that I wanted, it was able to find one quickly. What I appreciated most about George was the no preassure approach. He was through in his explanations and answered all of my questions. All in all, it was a painless and down right pleasant experience. I love my new Accord. All the new technology is a learning trend, but a fun one. I expect many pleasurable years ahead driving my new Accord.

Purchase of new Honda CRV
