I have leased a Cadillac CTS previously from Heidi Wollard at Jim Riehl's. I was also looking at potentially leasing a BMW 330i prior to leasing the 2017 CT6. Not only does the CT6 blow away the BMW, Heidi is the best salesperson I have ever worked with. She is top notch, efficient, and very easy to work with!

Great and " Friendly " place to purchase a vehicle
Process of purchasing two Cadillac xt5's absolutely exceeded my expectations. Sales mgr and sales associate were professional, caring, efficient, and easy to work with in the purchase process. Ralph Debucce and Eleanor Knapp were a good team and did everything possible to address any questions we had as we worked thru the process. We will definitely recommend Friendly Cadillac to our friends and neighbors.

Puzzled about salesperson
We went to considerable expense in terms of time and effort to get our trade-in to the dealership. Trade in offer was acceptable, but salesperson would not repair defective radio in used car we were purchasing. We were spending over 10k and one would think that the radio in the car should be in working order. Puzzled about why salesperson would scuttle the sale over a couple of hundred dollars.

Great Experience at Jim Riehl's Friendly Honda
We purchased 2 new vehicles from Alyse Vasquez and she was absolutely outstanding during the whole buying experience. Her knowledge of the vehicles and pricing options was superb. We will definitely be back to work with her the next time we are in the market for new vehicles.
