I recently had a couple of issues going on with my Mazda MX-5. It was taken to the McGrath City Mazda service department for diagnostic and the repairs needed. It was there where the technician Estiv (Steve) Bonete was more than professional! He was superiorly kind and extremely knowledgeable about the issues my MX-5 was having. He was VERY courteous while explaining to me in detail the issues my car was having and it's remedies. Not only did he keep me up to date with the progress of the repairs being done, he always made it a point to encourage me and that gave me peace of mind while I waited for the car to be ready. I STRONGLY recommend asking for Steve Bonete in the service department at McGrath City Mazda service. He will certainly do his utmost to guide you and do right by you 110% every time.

The best dealer I ever had. The sales person Alex - great knowledge and patience, explained all details about the car. The Manager Mark very helpful and experienced person got the paperwork done quickly with no problem. All paperwork prepared and signed within 15 min with the financial person. Came in to look at a Cx-5 and a Cx-30, was very interested in buying the Cx-5 but the dealership literally wouldn't negotiate on price at all. List Price was around 24,500, and after all the add-ons I was at 30,500. They asked me what I would be comfortable paying multiple times and shot me down every time without even giving me a counteroffer. I was very disappointed, cause I really wanted to buy the car. Very unlikely to come back.

Purchase a vehicle new less than a week ago CX-30, and already having issues with battery of the car and the key fob, not being recognized plus other error codes. Had to get the car towed In for service, since car wouldn’t start, even after being jumped. Unfortunately, they did not offer a loaner vehicle until I called Sales department to complain since car wouldn’t be looked at today. You would think something like this the dealership would provide better customer service

Alex B was a great sales person and my whole buying experience was top notch. Alex was eager to sell me a car, without being pushy or aggressive. If you are in the market for a new or used Mazda, McGrath is the place and Alex is the man!

This is my 4th time buying a car, and I am glad McGrath is so close to my neighborhood. Now I will never go to another dealership , except McGrath.
