What a xxxxty lazy dealership im looking to buy a car and have it trucked to me upstate and these bums "dont do that". Don't waste your time. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

Great experience with Autolux. I found the car I was looking for on their website. They quickly confirmed that it was available and set up an appointment for a test drive. I worked with darren and Sara and they were very professional, helpful, and easy to work with. Car was detailed an at the time of scheduled pickup. Process was easy and smooth. If you are in need of a vehicle I recommend autolux. They advocated for me and did their due diligence in making sure that I had the support I needed due to my unfortunate credit circumstances. They made sure to communicate with me during the entire process and answered any questions I had, as well as having extremely friendly staff, recommend purchasing your car here !!

A waste of my time and energy. The customer service was poor. The salesman that I dealt with would not answer my questions about their fees honestly. He literally stopped talking because he kept telling me that the fees “depends” and I kept asking about the dependent factors. The amount of the fee including a “LoJack” fee, which was not optional seemed to change based on my perceived budget. The car I went to see had been characterized as having minor damage when the collective amount of the “minor” damage made me wonder if they were selling a personal vehicle without having conditioned it. All tires were curbed and there were holes in the bumper. The car was also in poor condition making noise like the tires were not balanced when I drove, which was basically around the block. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

I purchased a 2021 Volkswagen GTI S from you guys back when October started and let me just say this car is unlike no other. The GTI has been incredible to me and is my all time favorite car. AutoLux has soooo many options and all the cars are backed with their own carfax's. Matthew was excited when he met me and learned that i was interesting in the GTI. Matthew was so knowable about the platform and all the specs and features of the car he made me fall in love. Matthew was also transparent and patient with me during the process.
