I do not recommend first of all the price listed on the website is not the price you pay they say that it’s that price after like 4k down payment. Second issue I had I was charged a additional $3500 for a extended warranty which is a lot of money, so approximately 6 months later I decided to cancel which took 2 months to cancel and 4 months to receive the refund with a lot of phone calls to them. Which is my third problem I finally received my refund which was only $2000 from the dealership after being told from the company DOWC I would receive $3100 back but apparently the dealership charges $1000 fee I have purchased many warranties and cancelled a few and never been charged so much for one and never lost $1500 just to cancel it. I will never recommend this place to anyone

rude and terrible , they refuse to even give a price or discuss a price of a vehicle over the phone , they want you to go in blind .

Waste of my time. The old, "bait and switch" tactic. I found a car I was interested online. Emailed that I was interested. Autolux called to inquiry when I wanted to come test drive. Then they texted me. Then they called the night before verifying I was coming in. Then they called the morning of. Each time I said I'd be there at 11:30 to check out the car. What happened? You guessed it. "Oh, we sold that car last night!" So, why call to see if I was coming THAT MORNING? Get it? Stay away.

These people are outright Liars, cheats and thieves..One lie after another was given to me this week..The price changed according to who I spoke with...then they added $2500.00 to prepare car after agreeing on set price...Dont walk away...RUNNNNNN!In order to get out of the deal...They said it was sold a few minutes after my conversation with manager..These people should be arrested.

Very Dissatisfied with the Fees and deceitful marketing of this place. I went to see a Lexus NX with which was advertised at $22,990 before taxes and Document fees were supposed to be $195 online. Upon arriving at the dealer I checked the car, they confirm the internet price with me, however upon sitting down to get the out the door price, the sales person told me the price he gave me was after the downpayment (mind you I was going to buy cash; so there was no downpayment) and that the price was over $31K. I tried reasoning with the price gouging and he stand his ground on the price by asking me to check the KBB Value. I advise that if I was going to go by the KBB Value, I might as well get it from Lexus directly. Other reviews are correct, please avoid this place like the plague.
