I visited AUtolux for a bmw m340, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They answered all my questions and the condition of the vehicle exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely return for any future automotive needs. Thumbs up rod.

This is the typical scammer dealer. They use bait and switch and upon arrival you are greeted with 20% increase of posted on-line price plus of-the-charge dealer fees. This even after I confirmed with sales on asking prices and dealer fees prior to heading to the dealer. The sales guy "Didien" was beyond rude and the dealer facilities cramped with cars; which its not a surprise given that I doubt any body with average IQ buying on this dealer. Save yourself the trouble; don't get hooked on the false price advertising and find yourself another dealer.

The dealer never reached back to me. Send the message and phone call but no answer.

Janin was absolutely incredible! Her enthusiasm and passion for cars were infectious. I Drove 45min from Out East on Long Island in the Rain to see an Audi that was Not Very accessible ( Cars packed like Sardines ) and then the Price $24,999 - was NOT as advertised - was $32500 because of some Down payment Fee that I still cant find in the fine Print. Then had to Drive home 45min Rain again What a Disappointment FALSE ADVERTISING (This Real Price wasnt even close )

Very bad experience , The price is advertised 30% les then it is ! Scam ! They just trying to bring people in and scam them ! Not recommended !

Stay away from them. AutoLux is the worst dealership i dealt with. DO NOT GO THERE if you dont want to get scammed. The price they advertise it not actual price. If you want to know what price is going to be then add the extra 20% to car price advertiside on website called "20% Reflective Down Payment" which means "UP Payment" and also they will add $2,495 on top of that for something called "Lojack and prep". Make sure to check the vehicle really good for any suprises.

I went there ready to purchase a vehicle priced at $19,990, after adding some of the fees the total was at $30,000 with more to be added… They advertise the low jack but install it even if you don’t want it for an additional $2450… All the extra charges are ridiculous and they should be ashamed robbing people like that..

The negative reviews are true! Went there to buy a used car I saw online. Brought a printout of the internet price. (Required in the fine print). Told them I did not want to finance the car. I was then told they would need to recalculate the cash price. The online price does not include the 20% down payment. I asked if this means the cash price is 20% higher. After being told yes, I left. The price listed seemed too good to be true and it was.
