If I ever had to buy a new car again Royal Chvy is where I would go, the sales team listened to my needs and exemplified much patience. I had an awesome experience , along with that ,I got the best deal on my car. I love the team at Royal Chevy and have recommended them to other friends and family. A few adjectives I would use to describe them would be patient, friendly, hard working, trustworthy, efficient,team players. The breast cancer ribbons brought me to Royal. Royal's commitment to customer service surpassed my expectations. I explained how I buy an auto; they were able to accommodate me in a non-traditional manner for purchasing. Due to my limited time, I had to make several trips to the dealership. Finally, the deal was sealed!

I believe that the best part of my experience was Jason service (Sales Rep.) I had stopped in because my boyfriend had purchased a car a couple of years before from Doug, and he was very impressed with the service. I think it speaks volumes whenever referrals are actually brought into a dealership because it means that the impression of the business is a good one. I think the experience over all was a very positive one. I do however; feel that due to my boyfriend’s past with the dealership and his credit history, a better deal could have been made when it came to the actual car, since he is Primary on the loan. I wanted an Equinox Lt, but the actual monthly payments that were presented to me were way out of my reach. I felt bad as I had to settle for the LS, but still feel pleased with the purchase. In the future, I will still consider Royal my first option in my next car search, but will keep my options open for a better deal else where.

I was just browsing trucks at various locations to find what I wanted in a truck. Rusty took time with me to listen to what I wanted and found me a truck with the options I had wanted. However, in researching an existing vehicle in stock, I found the truck that had everything I needed. They then worked to get me the best deal on a trade I had and even found financing at a rate cheaper than my Credit Union. I was in/out in less than an hour with my new ride. Thanks Royal for such great team work!!!
