Contacted service manager about my issue and never heard bacK. After being a Honda technician for 15 years at a dealership I expected more. Obviously the service manager doesn’t care about the customers.

Beware of charges
The customer service is great and the work, as far as I can tell, is as to be expected. My beef, and it’s my own fault for not thinking about it or asking the charge, is when they said I needed to replace the air filters for the engine and cabin, I approved it. After seeing the charge of about $30 labor for each, I looked it up on line and I could have done it myself in less than a minute for each. Lesson learned.

Phone does not work
My phone hardly works, I’ve been bringing it in for this problem since I bought the car. It still hasn’t been fixed they just do upgrades on the computer. Last visit my service person, Amanda, sat in the car with me after upgrade and it immediately did not work. She said she would talk to service guy. They already had my car a week. I have never heard back it’s been 3 weeks. I’m pretty frustrated. Trying to find a different dealership that will actually do something.
