I am very please with the way I was treated. Both Yves and Donna are great at their Job. Had a nice experience with Yves who explained all the necessary repairs of my vehicle, Donna is a sweetheart very professional and nice personality.

Great service with few issues
We’ve been coming to Acura of Concord for several years. The service team has always been accommodating and professional and we’ve gotten great service. This last time there was a glitch when we were trying to make an appointment. There are apparently two different tracks to service the car: through the shop and through the rapid service I guess. I was told there were no appointments. I called earlier and had been told there were but had to check my schedule so I called back literally a couple minutes later. A different service person there were none until next week. i persisted and she finally said well you gone go through the shop I guess. I have an appointment there. So we brought the car in and it was serviced quickly and efficiently as usual, but it was frustrating to have to argue with someone just to bring it in. If not for that I would have given a 5 star rating. The service associates are excellent, but one person answering the phone could have made me go elsewhere.

PAINT PEELING OFF MY ROOF
Tooke MDX to Concord Acura. The paint was still under a different warranty. My service contact Ronny Garcia, scheduled my appointment, they provided a 2019 loaner. It took approximately one week, and it looks amazing.

Amanda was great to work with!She kept me informed and let me know what the time frame would be. Thankful I was given a courtesy car. Would recommend Acura to anyone.

First service A-1 if my Acura
It was very busy the morning I came in ( Saturday) but I had called ahead for an appointment. At first, they said it would be delayed because of a backup. I told the customer service person that I had made an appointment specifically because I had another appointment that I had to be on time for. She came back and said I would be next and I was able to get out in time for my appointment. Very accommodating.

Great Experience
Five Star Service from Amanda.and the Service Staff. Rear view mirror came off the windshield mount as we were on our way to Concord from Sunnyvale. Called from 680 and set an appointment. Amanda greeting me and checked out the problem and had the tech look at it and after waiting only an hour, it was fixed at no charge. Thank you Amanda and Acura of Concord
