Edit to update: Steve from Driven Auto has decided to harrass me and my business due to my negative (but truthful) review. He has text me asking me to remove my review and then left a fake 1 star review on my business page. AVOID THIS PLACE! Needed a new passenger van for my business. Found one, I thought, at Driven Auto. Andy sent videos and assured me everything was great. I drove 4 hours round trip to find several obvious issues at first glance. The back seats didnt have the seats the van came with so none of the seltbelts were useable. There were other cosmetic things, like the interior walls were detached and hanging off, no door handle, no cup holder. The fact that they assured me specifically that the tires were GREAT was probably the worse thing. The van shook and upon inspection the tires were bald inside and it had an obvious alignment issue. This van had been at their dealership for a considerable amount of time, all these things should have been addressed. This van wasnt safe to drive and legally couldnt even carry passengers. 🙄 Major disappointment!

The sales Mando is nice and patient.

Love my car and process was ok.
Love my car and process was ok. Problem is when people say they can do things and they can not. I was supposed to get the electric car tax credit back, and they said they could do it. (i called dozen dealerships and alot did not or could not do the used tax credit). Even gave me a "We Owe" saying that I would get the tax credit when they received it. They never received it because they were not eligible to apply for it yet. So they wrote it in a way that they knew would let them get away with being a slimy used car dealer. Shady business practices.

There is a recall on there faulty motors.
There is a recall on there faulty motors. Mine blew up one day. They did everything in there power to not cover the problem. Today I took back a brand new part to get my $300.00 back, and was told it was over 90 days and I couldn't return it. So I'm out of a little over $5000.00.

worst service department I've ever dealt with in my life. Going service manager won't return calls or emails. Been reading reviews online and I am not the only one they've screwed over. Not by a longshot do not, i repeat do not bring your vehicle here.
