Once again I went to Staten Island Honda to Lease/Buy a

Once again I went to Staten Island Honda to Lease/Buy a another CR-V. I had done so for my 2014 CR-V. As expected, I was not disappointed with my decision to go the this dealership. From the moment I entered the dealership to when I picked up my 2025 CR-V EX-L, I was in excellent hands. The Sales Representative who I worked with was Lynch Eugene. He is an honest, transparent and professional individual. He was absolutely knowledge and made this an extremely easy process, from start to finish. I chose to lease and then will probably buy the car at the end of the lease. I am very happy with the car and totally recommend Lynch Eugene at Staten Island Honda if you are looking for a car. I was impressed with all who I came in contact with there. From the Manager Ray to the Finance person.

I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for the prompt and efficient service on my vehicle and especially to Mr.Wilfredo Torres, Advisor, and his Technicians who work behind the scenes. I was impressed by his professionalism and his cordial and warm approach. I used to cross the Outerbridge and drive over an hour to New Jersey to get service where I bought my Honda not knowing that just where I live, I could get a much better service and beyond compare.

My advice would be to avoid the Honda Service Center of

My advice would be to avoid the Honda Service Center of Staten Island. My recent encounters there were quite frustrating. Every time I took my car in for a specific problem, they insisted on unnecessary services that seemed questionable at best. It felt like they were trying to push the boundaries of what's fair. To make matters worse, their customer service was rude and unprofessional. I'd suggest finding a different place for car repairs where they prioritize honesty and customer satisfaction.

On 06/18/24 I took my 2023 Pilot for an oil change and

On 06/18/24 I took my 2023 Pilot for an oil change and maintenance check. Mr. Wilfredo Torres was my service advisor, He was very cordial, knowledgeable, personable. He further took his time explaining the Multi-point inspection sheet.

I recently went in for a oil change and my advisor Sammy was excellent in communication and got me out of the dealership within a hour. I will definitely be back to service my Honda Hr-V

Dishonest and rude .

Dishonest and rude ... Sad they couldn't get me approved then quoted me 600+ for an accord sport ... Went to Hudson Honda in West New York only 40 mins away got 4000 more on my trade and crv for hundreds less... Don't waste your time here

I have been with Honda for over 20 years

Sammy and Jeff Pasenkoff were very helpful to me. They had answered all my questions upri my full expectations. They are both very kind, polite, patient and knowledgeable of their work.
