Honda Staten Island Service Department

Been using the service center for about 18 years, always friendly, professional and honest. Recently brought my vehicle in for a recall, and the Service Rep name Gaetano (Guy) treated me well. He explained the process and was very courteous. Thank you.

Great place to have your fixed and serviced

Everything was done in time they told me at the price they told. The manager Jeff P was the best. Great hours and staff on Staten Island

ELLIOTT IS FANTASTIC

Elliott was my agent. I always get Elliott and he is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He makes service suggestions but never pushes me to do anything. I trust his word and would send everyone I know to him for service

A Honda dealer service where they treat you right.

The service advisor Jason Meinero, was pleasant and professional. I was there for an oil change and fuel injection service. I was advised I was due for coolant service (as I had 45,000 miles). However it was not pushed on me. In fact I was told I could wait until my next service. I appreciate not getting the “hard sell”. All my questions were answered and I left satisfied. Jeff, the service manager there is a true gentleman. He is the reason I have serviced my car there for the past ten years!

Excellent experience at SI honda

Another great experience with SI Honda. Jason Meinero , my service advisor was excellent. He explained everything to me about the service my CRV needed. He was able to get me in early for my appointment and when the work was done. Went over the bill with me step by step. Would definitely want him to assist me in the future.

Excellent customer service!

Needed to have my car service...Made appointment with ease...Upon arrival took me on time but unfortunately the car had to be inspected to find cause of leak, so Jason arranged for a shuttle to get me home instead of waiting around...and called me promptly when car was completed, which was done in a few hours. .Very happy they were able to identify the issue and fix it quickly. Overall experience was great...Another reason I have been leasing my cars from Honda for years. Thank you Jason and all involved...Very happy customer.

REPUTATION AND INTEGRITY IS EVERYTHING

My car was serviced yesterday due to a recall and I was previously told the job would take 4 or 5 hours and employee Jason Meinero wrote the worksheet. Due to many other visits where I would wait for a long time I decided to go home instead and the dealership offered to drive me. After two hours and to my suprise, I received a call from Jason and at first I thought he would tell me I have another issue to discuss but he stated my car was ready to be picked up. After arriving he explained all that was checked besides the recall. He was professional and courteous and this positive experience made my day. Customer service is very important and I'm happy to know that Honda values this practice.
