Ronnie was very straightforward and honest from the start. He was personal and not pushy at all. During negotiations on price, he was fair and consistent. After a few offers and counter offers, we agreed to an out the door price which ended up being much lower than the original asking price. When I came back the following day to drop of my payment, he made sure I did not have to wait in line and got me to the general manager asap. I am someone who is not fond of most dealers as I prefer to buy cars from owners on Craigslist, etc. However, if you are looking for a Mercedes, I strongly recomend Ronnie. He will give you no BS, is willing to negotiate, and you'll end up with a fair price.
