Phenomenal Customer Care!

Flew from Cleveland to Chicago for a new vehicle. At first, I was hesitant about making such a large purchase from out of state and essentially over the phone. However, working with Austin made the whole car buying experience run smoothly and seamlessly. I would highly recommend working with Austinand this dealership as a whole. Their sales and financial team were exceptional.

Great Experience

Wonderful experience. We drove 130 miles for this dealership and it was well worth it. Austin Terry spend the entire day with us, in the freezing temps. Very pleased with the manager, finance...great business, great place to buy a car. You won't be disappointed.

Great dealership!

I recently purchased a used 2013 Honda Pilot EX-L. My wife and I had the pleasure of of working with Ronnie at MW of Hoffman Estates. After daily searches on cars.com, We made the decision to test drive my future new to me used Pilot. Upon walking into the dealership we were warmly greeted by a friendly and professional sales staff. We immediately met with our salesman Ronnie and in a short time were off on a test drive. Having done my diligence on the vehicle, coupled with the wonderful experience provided by not only our salesman but the finance department as well, it was an easy choice to purchase. I can't express what a wonderful and timely experience this was. I highly recommend MotorWorks of Hoffman Estates.

Great Job

I have been avoiding coming back to this dealer to have my RV serviced for quite sometime due to the old Service Advisor that used to work there, Victor. What a mistake I was making, my service advisor Omar is by far the most helpful and professional individual I have met. This young man has been nothing but stellar with me and my wife and incredibly accommodating. I even texted him while on the road when I had a question about a light on my dashboard and he answered promptly with some very helpful advice. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who owns a Sprinter RV. Very good job!

Very smooth experience buying a car & post service

Had a very good experiencing buying a new car from this dealership. Tom Herwehe & David Bennett were simply outstanding in providing a smooth buying experience. After the purchase and before stepping out of the dealership with my car, David spent almost 2-3 hours patiently going through various aspects of the new car which is not common with many dealerships. 5 STARS!!! Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Mercedes..

Excellent Customer Service

This is the second time I have bought a car from Tom and the Hoffman Estates dealership. It is a pleasure doing business with Tom. Tom looks at the needs of a customer end to end. Both times,hHe understood my needs very well and also the constraints. He does the best under the circumstances and given my experience, I would think he has quite a few repeat customers. He is firm and friendly and accommodates a few special requests that are reasonable. Highly recommend this dealership

Lack of Customer Service/old school sales tactics

Update. Lou just called me... wants me to fix my review. Ok. Well here is more info from Lou. "It's not that easy getting your keys". It was Saturday very busy day. I could bring my car back. They sell over 1000 cars a month. Thanks for the info Lou. This does not change the experience. Some should only ask for their keys back once The following email was sent to Mick Austin (Partner CEO) Kelly Rodriguez (finance manager) Margie Gallagher (guest relations) Lou Floros (sales manager) Stephanie Smith (car sales) All employees from Motor Werks Automotive. I understand there are two sides to every story; but, ethics, customer service and empathy, this dealership does not offer. I must be getting old because I believe in taking care of the customer, not closing a deal and a sale for the month. I was offered to bring the car back. Or some car washes from Mick Austin (CEO/Partner) If you choose to shop here, best of luck! Just make sure after your appraisal that you get your keys back...... Here is my email Kelly, I would like to take the time to address the actions and lack of professionalism, with yourself, and manager Lou Floros. I am how appalled how my wife, Jennifer was treated by YOU and the staff at Mercedes Benez of Hoffman Estates. On multiple occasions Jennifer asked for her car keys back, and apologized for wasting everyone’s time, but instead she was given the run around tactic of the typical used car salesmen that everyone has grown to loathe. Instead of respecting her wishes and giving Jennifer her keys back, she was left waiting. Lou gave Jennifer the idea that he was doing us a favor for Aaron Zielinski the GM at Porsche of Monterey California, with whom he has never dealt with. Kelly Rodriguez, claimed she needed 800$ extra to get Jennifer’s loan approved, on top of selling her a 900$ gap insurance policy that is strictly voluntary, did Kelly say that? No, did she say it’s voluntary ? No! could have this saved her the 800$? Yes! On top of all that, Kelly told Jennifer, Bank of American denied Jennifer’s loan, but not to worry, Kelly did her a favor, with a loan and insane interest rate of 9.9%. But in Kelly’s words, “Jennifer just make 5-6 payments then refinance with your credit union”. What a joke. Kelly Rodriguez forgot to tell Jennifer that, in that time Kelly makes all her upfront money for the deal she put together. Kelly I hope you enjoyed this! I have a loan from my credit union, Central Credit union of Orland Park has approved my loan in the payoff amount for the car. Oh and get this, it’s 3.2% for 72 months. Don’t worry Kelly Rodriguez, I will be sharing this on Dealer Rated, Yelp and Facebook! Lucky for you I have a lot of time on my hands. It’s a shame, instead of making a few extras dollars and doing the right thing, you saw a female walk in that was unsure of how to buy a car. Lesson learned on my end. Next time go with my wife, and walk her through the process. Central Credit Union of Orland Park will be mailing a check this week with the full payoff amount. Minus of course the 25$ voluntary fee and the oh so important 900$ GAP insurance. Have a wonderful day finance manager of Hoffman Estates Mercedes Benz Kelly Rodriguez (finance manager)

Wonderful customer experience

Greg was polite and great to work with on the purchase of a previously owned vehicle. Though he wasn't able to get us down to the price we would have liked (not his fault) he was very thorough in explaining all possible incentives available. He understood the back and forth dance was unnecessary and we got straight to what we needed to make the deal. We will definitely refer new business to him.
