My 2013 GLK 350 was purchased, and continues to be, serviced at MB of Hoffman. Brought the car in for scheduled service and asked Jason to also check out a low speed rumble when turning. Unfortunately I was disappointed to learn that the transfer case was failing, not an inexpensive repair. Although the car was out of warranty, Jason contacted MB who agreed that the part should not have failed with such low mileage, 43,000 miles, and covered the parts for the repair. Thanks Jason, you and the team at MB of Hoffman provided true customer service and I will not forget it when we purchase our next vehicle.

I had a good experience with MB Hoffman Estates. Overall, the show room is nice, lots of vehicles to look at and everyone is rather friendly. Raul Valle was my vehicle consultant and from the beginning he was very attentive and was never too pushy as some car salesman can be. I had exchanges with Raul for quite some time and he was extremely responsive to all my emails/texts/calls. We made a deal and even after I got my car, he's still responding and answering any questions I may have. I also negotiated the price with Frank Paganis and he was fair in his pricing and understanding so no complaints about him. I did had to wait quite some time for my vehicle to come in (about 2 months) as it was a custom build which is understandable but the only slight complaint, if you can even call it that, was that I never got an exact date on when the vehicle would arrive and it seemed as if it was pretty much guess work. I just felt that the dealership should be able to track a vehicle for a customer a little better but no big deal, maybe it's beyond their control. Regardless, not enough to take away from the rating. I would recommend MB Hoffman Estates to anyone looking to purchases a new vehicle and definitely recommend Raul Valle.

I recently purchased a used 2013 Honda Pilot EX-L. My wife and I had the pleasure of of working with Ronnie at MW of Hoffman Estates. I have been avoiding coming back to this dealer to have my RV serviced for quite sometime due to the old Service Advisor that used to work there, Victor. What a mistake I was making, my service advisor Omar is by far the most helpful and professional individual I have met. This young man has been nothing but stellar with me and my wife and incredibly accommodating. I even texted him while on the road when I had a question about a light on my dashboard and he answered promptly with some very helpful advice. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who owns a Sprinter RV. Very good job!
