Knew exactly what car I wanted before I got there. Have owned three previous Infiniti’s before. Aaron and Tony were wonderful to work with, very honest, and sincere. The overall buying experience from start to finish was the best I have ever had. Thanks Aaron and Tony for everything!

Long story short, the transparency and honesty they are quick to boast when you first walk in is all talk. Also, their quality inspection on used cars is very misleading. Bought a used car here and came to find many areas of repaint (poorly done) and body work the next day. Things that should have been easily seen by professional in the industry, and noted. Don't fall for the "we only sell the best used cars, because it is not worth our reputation to put something less than excellent condition on our lots." Buyer beware. This dealer plays the same games that is stereotypical of a car dealer. Very disappointing since I always thought of Motor Werks very highly in the past, and had positive interactions at the main Barrington location.

I had a very specific Car I was looking for and after looking for several weeks it showed up on Auto Trader at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. When I made outreach I got connected with Walt He explained the out of state buying process to me, connected me with a company that could do an independent inspection since I was essentially purchasing the car based on photographs and he and Tony worked with me to get all of the paperwork taken care of before I ever set foot on the lot. Walt picked me up at the airport when I flew in to take possession and had me in and out within ah hour. Overall great experience.

I was in the market for a used BMW and was put in touch with Aaron. You show me a great selection and was able to tell me a lot of things about the vehicle that I didn’t even know about. His attention to detail and his commitment of getting back to me when I had questions was fantastic as well. If he didn’t know an answer he found the answer and get back to me right away. Is this kind of service that makes me want to go back to the dealership for my future car needs.

Drove up and of course, right away a young man came out to greet us. Nicholas Guminski. We had looked at inventory online and knew what we wanted to test drive and look at. Nick look it up and arrange for it to be brought up. He did a great job! Still being young and new as a salesman, he needs to learn some things but he will be a good asset for the dealership. He was able to make the experience personal, swift and genuine.
