Russell is not only very knowledgeable, he is also able to explain what is needed in a manner that is easy to understand. The tool that is used is also very helpful to a customer. I was very impressed by that. It is always a great experience!

Clean, the customer service ask questions about the car

Clean, the customer service ask questions about the car the only thing is the questions that I had on the phone and the things that I needed service was not transfered or was not saved in the computer so they did not know to the service that I needed done. Other than that at services well done I was late an hour late for my appointment due to a family emergency and they were still able to fit me in with and my car was serviced.

This dealership gives immediate help and they are a pleasure to work with. I used to have a Toyota and it was no where near as friendly or efficient. William helped me with understanding my maintenance package and I am very grateful he helped me.
