They seem to be very thorough and well organized. When I first came back to FLorida to November 2nd I couldn’t get an appointment until Thursday Dec: 15th.

Everything is good except the financing part (additional warranty) if the customer say don't want it he should listen not to the point the customer will stressed out.

Incredible customer service. William got us in quickly, treated us like valuable clients even though we had only used them once before for warranty work a year and a half before. The car was returned to us cleaner than we took it in. Great attention to detail. As I am the only driver in the household, they provided us with transportation home and back when service was completed. This was a huge convenience. They were thorough and detailed in their report back to me. Exceptional work. We will return for any maintainence on our Soul in the future.
