I have work with Jim Gettel before many years ago when he helped sponsor golf tournaments I was chairman for with The Hernando DeSoto Society at University Park Country Club. His commitment to helping organizations in Manatee County has been great which is one of my reasons to support the dealership.

Good oil change service at a reasonable price.

Good oil change service at a reasonable price. Had a misleading experience. Was told that I needed a new right front axle because it was slinging grease. Quote of approximately $1300. Had my home dealer check it out a week later when I got home. Absolutely nothing wrong with the axle. They even let me crawl around under there while it was on the lift so I could see for myself. I have a lifetime of vehicle and equipment maintenance background. I know what I’m looking at. I left an unsatisfactory review because your service did not call back when I left messages. after leaving the messages and the review, I finally got a call back from your service manager that focused on the fact that you did not have parts available and all the excuses for that rather than on the misleading statement that I needed a new axle, which is the real issue.There is absolutely nothing wrong with this axle or the boots. You either have an incompetent tech, a clerical error, or deliberate unethical practice. Your dealership has broken all trust with me.

Thank you Randy. Perhaps the most infuriating part was the manager that called me back. He had either not read the entire complaint I posted or was deliberately ignoring the basic fact that a problem was “found” where none existed and instead focused on why they couldn’t get me a part right away, a part that I didn’t need. The fact that you did not have the part was actually a blessing or I would’ve spent $1300 unnecessarily.

Whenever I have had a problem with my car I been taken

Whenever I have had a problem with my car I been taken care of by Billy in service and the staff I general. They are never too busy to assist me with my needs, even if it is unexpected. They are always professional and after any service my car is washed and vacuumed! I absolutely am impressed with this Kia Dealership! I would refer anyone here to purchase and car and use their service department!
