Russell was great! Very attentive and answered all of my questions. Explained in detail the pros and cons of getting additional services done since they were not performed on the car previously. He made sure to ensure me that the tires would be available. He called back immediately after me he missed my call a few days before the appointment. I called with a concern on the alignment as the car was pulling to the right and he assured me it was due to the road I was driving on and he was absolutely correct. Loved working with him, great guy!
