I was looking for cars online because I have a heart condition and I found this dealership. Steven Cassidy was my point of contact and because we were in Celebration Florida they couldn’t deliver(over 2 hrs away). We loved the car though we saw online and none of the other Kia dealerships had that specific model color etc. We ended up talking to Steven and working out the deal practically online but we still had to pick up the car. We found all the staff to be extremely helpful from the finances to the instructions on how to use the car. Steven was the bright spot though and we will definitely be getting all our cars there in the future. All the horror stories I have heard didn’t come to fruition at Gettel Kia. It was actually so easy and I felt very comfortable with my deal and my daughter absolutely loves the car. I think that if you are a first time buyer and live anywhere in the state of Florida , you should make the trek to this dealer.

Service after purchase so far has been very good! Purchased an EV6 which is new to everyone there, seems like we are learning as we go about it!
