Purchased 2008 highlander limited 4th great exper

Purchased 2008 Toyota Highlander. Dealt with mallow stevens. Very good experience. I’d highly recommend this dealer to everyone. Greta experience overall. I’d highly recommend this desler.

Purchased 2012 hyunda elantra

Win some you lose some

Bought a car from out of state. Not sure how it passed VA inspection with a blown headlight, dead battery, falling clutch assembly and leaking rack and pinion. As is sale for everything because no service lane. Nice group of people though, buti definitely drew the short straw

Total Screwup

I wanted the personalized tag from my truck that had gotten totaled transferred to the truck I purchased from them. They even had me write down the tag number of the one to be transferred. A few days shy of a month after purchase, I got the registration from them....and...they transferred the tag from my brand new car, a tag number I had never provided them. So now my new car is technically not registered correctly, and the truck I bought from them has the wrong tags, seeing how they told me a week after I purchased it I could put the tags on I wanted transferred. Now I'll be going to the DMV to fix their screwups!

Bad company. I literally left there crying

These clowns are a waste of time. I drove from Maryland to see/buy a car and these idiots tried telling us that we had to put half of a 11,000 dollar car as a down payment. After I get there they try to tell us that because the year of the car that no fiance company would give us a loan. I've recently called 8 financial company and all of them told us that we were lied to,and that the dealer was trying to make a quick buck. The car was a 2006 and the 8 financial companies I call said that they would have financed that year car for up to 48 months. Don't trust this dealer. If a dealership will do this they will do anything. Go there at your own risk.

Buy at a Bigger dealership

most of the cars had some cosmetic defect and found it interesting that they would sell it before fixing. The other is i found that they will only use Kelly Blue book if your trade is 120,000 miles or less. they were definetly all about them making money and not the customer.... which i went to a bigger dealership and got completely kelly blue book value

Definitely Worth our 2 1/2 hour Drive!

We had a phenomenal experience. Nicholas was friendly and helpful, but never pushy. He made every attempt to answer our questions and steer us in the direction we said we wanted instead of trying to manipulate or upsell us. We had arranged financing through our local bank but ended up using theirs when Nomi beat our bank by a full percentage point. We've now had the vehicle about 2 weeks and like it better and better.

Great experience!!

I entered InTouch to buy a RAV which had unfortunately just been sold. Nomi and AK introduced me to a good looking 2015 CRV EX-L. After a test drive Nomi gave me a very reasonable price for a pretty car. I paid cash so the exchange was quick and professional. I immediately took the car to my mechanic and all I needed was some scheduled maintenance based on the mileage. The car runs well and my wife and I enjoy tooling around the county in it. Thank you InTouch for a very nice ride. Blessings

In search of my dream car for years approved at 6 different places but the customer service and atmosphere sold me even before I test drove me black Chevy camaro. The salesmen were overly friendly, took time and lead me into an excellent deal. Please check them out for an awesome deal with a smile.
