Warranty Work
I took my car in for repair last Monday and Jeffery Wright, the service writer, was the individual who took care of me. I waited for the work to be performed, however, when Jeff came into the waiting area and sat down I just knew it was bad news. He reassured me and told me that a part had to be ordered and he was looking at Friday at the latest for my car to be completed. He then offered me a loaner car and I was quickly on my way. Friday morning Jeff called to let me know that the part hadn't arrived and he had checked on the status and that it had been "shipped". He informed me if the part would arrive that day he would have to call the installer and schedule a time for them to come out and install it, so he said that it would probably be Monday when my car would be ready. I appreciated the call so that I didn't have to wait around all day for my car. But I do have to say that my car was ready late Friday and I picked it up on Saturday! I really appreciate how Jeff kept me informed about my car and also when the part did arrive, the installer was called and installed it the same day - now that's what I call great service! I live in Dayton and purchased my car from Bill Delord four years ago and have always taken my car to them for service. I could easily take my car to any Cadillac dealer in Dayton for service but I choose this dealer because of the fast, friendly and courteous service they deliver. Keep up the good work!

After the sale add-on product installation
When I purchased my new Cadillac CTS-4 I ordered under body and noise cancelling protective coating service. I took the car in this morning. Jeffery Wright the service writer greeted me promptly and courteously. He took care of the paper work very quickly and paid considerable attention to the importance of my schedule. The service was completed very professionally and in the time promised. As I was checking out to leave Service Manager Dale Boreing came out introduced himself to me and told if there is ever anything he can do to make my experience any better just let him know. This provided me the confidence that my needs will be handled. I realize I have options for my service alternatives but based on my experience I will go out of my way to go back to Bill DeLord Autocenter for my further needs. Buying was fun!
Was very happy with our salesman Frank Lambert. He was knowledgeable and experienced. The dealership was close to our home, and offers free car washes, with purchase. Love our Cadillac!

The sales team are outstanding
This is our second vehicle purchase with Bill Delord Cadillac. Tim Long our sales executive was extremely helpful in helping me to choose the right vehicle for my wife and me. My original thought was either and SRX or an XT5 but after working with the 2 of us helped us settle in on a CTS-4. The rest of the team starting at Bill Delord to General Manager Jerry Perrow worked to put together a very compelling deal and made us feel like we were the most important customer they have. Frank Lambert helped us get the best price possible for our trade-in. As with my previous experience with this group of professionals Steve Butsch got us the best financing available and made the financing and deal closure super simple. Third experience with Lee McCready
My husband an I will looking to trade in a vehicle that we had bought from Lee McCready. We found two that we were interested in. After shopping with Lee in near 90 degree weather, we met Lee in his office. He put the numbers together and since I owe to much over the true value of my present car, we could not make the purchase. Lee explained what I needed to do to get into a new car. I really appreciated the honest advice.

A return buyer
We came back to Bill Delord because we were very happy with the service we received with Tim Long when we put based a used SUV from them several years ago. We had also purchased a new GMC Envoy from them in 2007, which I still own.

Super easy buying experience.
I have bought many cars over the years and I must say that this had to be the best buying experience I have ever had. Redi Shehu was my sales person and he was very cordial and made me feel very comfortable. There was no pressure put on me like you may find at other dealerships. I thought the entire buying process from test driving the vehicle to signing the paperwork went about as smooth and fast as it possibly could. I highly recommend buying from Bill Delord.

Outstanding Dealer and good to work wih.
I have purchased 4 cars from this dealer and they have been great to work with in all cases. The salesmen are friendly and they know the products. Their service is outstanding. When you have a problem, they go out of their way to solve it. Cars are becoming very complex and they have so many options you can get. If you have a problem understanding all these options and how they work and how you get them to work, the salesmen, sales manager, finance person and even the owner will help you even if it takes a lot of time. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.
