2017 Buick Enclave successful

Wonderful dealership, drove over 2 hours to the dealership to look at a car listed on car gurus.com. Found the perfect fit for our family. Ron Morris did an excellent job assisting us during the sales process and introduced us to Bill DeLord. Would I drive 2 hours again to purchase a car??? Yes, it was a great experience

The Rick J. experience

I have bought many cars in my life. The Bill Delord experience has been the best I've ever experienced. When you walk into the showroom you can feel the customer service attitude & culture and this only improved throughout the visit. There are a lot of businesses / companies that talk customer service but don't practice what they preach. We were treated as old friends / family from the time we stepped out of our car. I cannot say enough about our salesman Ron Morris, we drove several different cars, he answered all our questions and spent a lot of time educating us on all the options offered. At no time did Ron ever get impatient or aggravated with all our questions and we wore him down pretty good !. At our age understanding all the new electronics can be confusing. Ron went above and beyond to say he would even come to our house if we had problems programming the garage door opener ! No one does that anymore ! They have now earned a customer for life. I would refer them to all I know.

Great car, great deal, great salesman

They had the car that we wanted for a good price. The salesman (Redi) was very helpful and we got the deal done in ~ 2 hours (test drive, trade-in evaluation, negotiation, and financing). Everyone at the dealership was very nice and very helpful. One of the easiest car buying experience of my life.

Redi was fantastic to work with.

Tonight I purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 from Redi. He was able to work with me on a great deal for the truck. Redi had all of the paperwork set up in advance so that when I came to pick up the truck we were in and out quickly. He also took the time to go through setting up all of the technology for me. Overall great experience with Redi and I will go to him first for my next vehicle.

Redi Shehu has sold me 3 cars now. The experience has been enjoyable each and every time. He is very personable and I feel like he truly tried to find me the best deal. I lease my cars and throughout the process he kept in touch with me to let me know if there were any incentive programs or pull through deals. This was greatly appreciated. Exceptional Customer Service

When we left the house that morning, we knew we were coming home with a new Buick. The only question, was where would we purchase it. We had previously test driven an Enclave at another dealership and the salesperson just wasn't knowledgeable or excited to see us. We decided that we would visit Bill DeLord Buick GMC Cadillac and look at their inventory. We arrived just as they were opening the doors and from the young lady who greeted us until the last person we saw, it was a pleasant experience. The enthusiasm of Tim Long was contagious as he took us on a test drive, explained the features and closed the sale. Tim did all of this without any high pressure sales. Steve did the financing paperwork and Mr. DeLord even stopped by. Although I didn't work with Frank, I want to thank him for noticing my military decal on my car and stopping by and thanking me for my service. Thanks Frank!! Thanks Tim!
