DON'T purchase a used vehicle from JAKE SWEENEY.
Transmission failed on a used vehicle with 94k miles I purchased in late May. $5,200 repair and no customer concessions or support for the products they sell. No I didn't purchase their overpriced warranty which was my mistake but I also don't expect a catastrophic failure after less than 1500 miles on a vehicle I drive my kids to daycare and to work a few times a week. The sales manager shrugged and told me sorry there isn't any room left in the deal. Will update if something is done to make it right.

jake Sweeney Buick gmc Lebanon Ohio. Went to buy a truck sit down to discuss prices. I brought it up online price. MRSP was listed and also a price. They came back with 5000 dollars over mRSP and wouldn’t use any discounts. Asked how come they wasn’t honoring their price listed. Said they didn’t have to. How I don’t know how it’s legal to advertise a price and they can say no we decided it’s 5000 more. Thought bubba was going to blow.

Worst dealership I've ever been to 1st time buying a car last time buying a car there they even told me I can never bring my leased vehicle back to them for any kind of service because of the problems that they cause

Buyer beware. The price they list on line may not be close to the price they quote you once you get into it. A supposed disclaimer at the bottom of their listings leaves much to be desired.

We always feel welcome at De Lords. Our salesman, Logan Henderson, was friendly, enthusiastic and very helpful. He was very patient in explaining all the features of our new purchase . We really like our Ford Escape.

Salesman Jason Vaughn was very helpful in the lease purchase of my new ST5 Cadillac. I love this dealership this was my second purchase from Bill Delord and will continue to purchase from them. Happy Camper
Logan Henderson was my sales person on my purchase of my 2019 GMC Sierra. Logan was very knowledgeable from the git go on what fit my needs with price I was willing to spend. He was not your typical sales person b s ‘er he conducted himself as stakeholder in his dealership. Upon delivery he was beyond courteous not only on the delivery,but his willingness to help set everything up and showing me all the latest features and functions was gold star. I have purchased probably 15 plus new vehicles in my life and can honestly say he was the best I’ve ever have dealt with the dealership is lucky to have him on the team. Now I just hope the service dept can be at the level when I need them.
