WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!

Do NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! Save yourself the headache! Half of the good reviews are FAKE!! Look on bbb and google to see the REAL reviews for the TRUTH!! I brought a car 2 months ago from them and they sold me an unsafe car and Brandon lied saying nothing was wrong with the car when it was delivered!! When I got it, it drove HORRIBLE!! Come to find out the car needed 4 new tires, front and back brakes, and he sold it to me with a split front axle! I’m a single mom that is not a safe situation to put someone!! He did agree to fix it and actually paid to get it fixed. Now he has NOT submitted my paperwork from August 2021 to the dmv for me to get my car registered!! Also, my temp tags are expired and they’re refusing to give me another one because they already gave me 2!! Handle your business Autohub Center this is ridiculous!!!! Stop getting over on good people that’s spending money with you!!!

A great salesman

Alberto was a great salesman. When we mentioned any concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. Very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything about vehicles, unlike most used lots. Worked with us when the price was a little out of our budget and overall a great guy.

Amazing People

They are amazing people! They respond quickly into my inquiries. I highly recommend AutoHub Center if you wanted to have a smooth transaction on purchasing a car.

Dishonest Terrible Business Practices

I waited to make a review because I wanted to see if AUTOHUB Center would keep their word. I purchased a vehicle from AUTOHUB Center a year ago. They put pressure on me to purchase the vehicle even though it was not in drivable condition because they were fixing the motor. We came to an agreement that once it was ready and I received it. I would have 7 days to return the vehicle if I did not like it. Mike also added a 1 year warranty on the motor to make me feel comfortable on my purchase. I received the vehicle 5 days later, only to have to call them the next day and tell them the check engine light is on and the vehicle is not driveable. We drove the vehicle back with extra precautions to AUTOHUB so they could fix the vehicle again. Brandon verbally said the 7 day return policy would start when I received the vehicle back. We left the vehicle and received it back a week later. 2 days later the vehicle started shaking and check engine light was back. Someone from autohub came to pick up the vehicle. This time I made sure Brandon sent me an email stating my 7 day return policy would start when the vehicle was returned to me in which he did email. The vehicle was returned to me about 3 weeks later. They also finally went to pass VA Inspection this time as I am not sure why VA Inspection was done before handing me the vehicle the first time. The vehicle finally had no issues and I was keeping it plus I had a 1 year warranty on the motor that was written in my paperwork to only realize a few months later that they would not honor what they wrote on the agreement. I have been calling AUTOHUB since February 2021 to speak to Brandon , Erika, and Mike to never get a call back. Brandon said he needed to speak to Mike to see what the warranty covered. Mike was out of the office that day. Brandon never called me back. I called again and neither Brandon or Mike were available so the message would be passed to call me back and no called. I finally spoke to Mike and he said he needed to get my paperwork as it’s at another site and could take some time and we are in the beginning of April and of course I never got a call back. Every time I tried calling before no one was available to speak and no one would return the call. I finally spoke to Mike and he told me to send him a copy of my paperwork. I emailed him and explained all the times I’ve called about the situation. He tells me over the phone that it’s going to be one year from the date on the paperwork but my vehicle was not working condition for a entire month from the date on my paperwork and I had been calling 3 months before that date to try and get the issued resolved but I kept getting put in circles. He tells me this while we’re on the phone before I sent the email. They did not uphold the agreement or take into consideration that I have been calling about my warranty for 3 months and no one has called me back. If they want to go off the paperwork they should acknowledge that every time I called was before the date on my paperwork and that I also did not have the vehicle for an entire month because they had to keep fixing it. I cannot recommend them to anyone because I feel scammed, lied to, and robbed. Brandon or Mike could not even respond back to the email that was asked to be sent with some type of acknowledgment as any business should to their clients. Communication has always been an issue even when they had to take the vehicle back when it was first purchased to be fixed. I am very upset at how my situation was handled and how the agreement was not followed through.

Excellent customer service

Alberto work it out for us even with some credit problems . Really nice service and clean car for sure. Whoever come here ask for Alberto you’ll get your car for sure ! Alberto lo resolvió para nosotros incluso con algunos problemas de crédito. La ubicación es muy buena. Quienquiera que venga aquí pregunte por Alberto y usted tendrá su coche seguro !

Would not recommend

Car was not delivered on time, drove from Richmond to spend all day at their dealership because the car was not ready when they called to pick up the car. Once I receive the car, repairs were mediocre and it did not pass state inspection.

My Daughter’s First Car

Alberto assisted me purchasing my daughter’s first car before going to college. He made it a pleasant experience. I closed the deal Friday and surprised my daughter today. The smile on her face is one of the dearest moments in my life!!! Thank you AutoHub Center for making a dream come true in our life!!!!!

POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!

On December 19, 2020, this dealership sold my husband and I a worthless, wrecked car (2019 Honda Civic)! My husband is active duty military and was home for Christmas and is now back in training so, now I was stuck dealing with these people who fail to do the right thing! Brandon the “GM” agreed they could switch out the first car that was basically junk. The front end frame was bent between the door jam with bolts missing, wires hanging, the air bag error warning lights were flashing and the car could not pass the safety inspection, obviously, but he sold it to them anyway stating the car had been in a “fender bender”! So lord knows what else was wrong with the car. Mind you the manager Mike chose to disclose that the car needed “servicing” after the loan documents were signed. After over two weeks and two attempts to give me a wrecked car that was non-repairable, Brandon agreed to allow us to do a buyback and get another car on January 9, 2021. So, another loan contract was signed for the new car (2017 Honda Civic). NOW, it’s been almost a month and BRANDON has yet to send the check from the first car loan back to the bank, Navy Federal, so that they can complete the buyback, cancel out the old loan and execute/approve the new one. First he said he mailed the check to an address he got from google so it may be lost in the mail then he said he’s done business with Navy Federal before concerning a buyback. So, I feel like he is lying. What company doesn’t verify addresses when sending large sums of money! NOW, he’s not taking our calls nor is he responding to text messages! He had messaged me on February 4, 2021 saying that he had sent the check “early this week,” but I called Navy Federal and the check is nowhere to be found. It has been really stressful for us since this is our first time purchasing a car by ourselves. I am now riding around in a car that has insurance, but no loan attached to it. We are PCSing to Fort Bragg on March 5th, and I am worried that this won’t be solved by then so that I could move on.

Autohub Center

Went in just to look and Alberto helped me choose a car that was perfect for me. He made sure everything was good in the car before I bought it. The customer service is great and all the workers are super great. They are all willing to help you.

Car Shopper

Please come see Fred for your car needs. Fred took really great care of me and I was able to get the car I wanted with no issues. The process was quick and professional. I would definitely be returning when I’m ready for a new car!!!
