Great experience

I had a great experience from first walk-in to leaving with my new 2019 Kia Stinger GT. When I first arrived, I was greeted by Giovanni and a manager. We immediately went for a test drive and I fell in love with the car. The only issue was finance or lease? Gio walked me through each option and made sure I was informed through the whole process. I had just moved to the area so I needed a few days to settle the house - no problem. Gio kept the car for me until I was ready and we signed papers a few days later. Would highly recommend this dealership and Gio/Giovanni. I returned one day after I picked up my new car and realized I had a nail puncture in my tire. Jenny from Service was AMAZING. She not only found a replacement but handled all the paperwork - she was incredible.

Great experience

Upon arrival, I encountered Willian who provided great customer service and helped me along the whole process. Willian and Manager Luis are welcoming and provided a hassel free experience. I highly recommend this dealership to any potential buyer!

2019 KIA RIO

The Salesman, SM, GM & FM they all really worked with me, to find a good fit. I was skeptical at first, but with every question, and issue I may have had the team really worked with me to find a solution which in turn made me a very happy, impressed and a satisfied customer. I even posted on FB that I had a good experience and my Cousin decided to go check out Fuccillo and she too purchased a vehicle. First Service for my Kia Rio

Outstanding Service Advisor. Came for my first service needing an oil change. Since it was my first they took 1/2 off. The only disappointment was the car washing mechanism was broken. The service advisor, Humberto, offered to accompany me to any car wash facility and he would pay for it since their equipment was broken. I did enjoy the experience.
